Through ese, only delhi posting for the enitre tenure is difficult. But yes, cwc, skill development are some depts where u can get max tenure in delhi

if you come through proper channel, like properly intimating to department at each stage of ese, paying bonds or transferring bonds if any etc, then pay protection will be there

Not everyone. If its planning post, it’s Saturday and sunday off. If its field posting, only sundays off officially. However you will have to work sometimes on sundays also😁😁
