- Welcome to Age Of Empires 4 the brand newly released RTS game to follow up from the success of AOE2 and age of empires 2 definitive edition! Age Of Empires 3 was a bit of an odd strategy game with fun new features and broken stuff like unlimited cavalry and instant troop training! Whilst Age Of Empires 4 tries to be as PERFECTLY balanced as age of empires 2 by not having any exploits, bugs, glitches or overpowered features! Its just such a shame that it turns out they accidentally left in an overpowered mongol instant win strategy and a brand new infinite gold infinite wood, infinite stone and just infinite resources exploit!
What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold. There definitely isn't a bug that lets you do a range and armor upgrade infinite times to make spearmen reach across the map.... and also camel riders have more armor than a modern tank.

This looks like a reskin of AoM. Which is fine but I don't understand how it could take them 4 years after announcing it to come up with what is essentially a remake of the same game that they have done for years.
I fondly remember having an AoE match where I just had a wall of castles filled with the nation's special units that added loads of arrows to the castle's own attack. Nothing could get past them and things like catapults were dead before they could deal damage. The things shot like 20 arrows per attack.
My fondest memories are usually just demolition ships crashing into crowds of enemies at beaches. See my realistic maps for Age of Empires 1, and for 2. I did one that took 5 months because it is the biggest map size, and I wanted maximum realism.
"The first 100000 of you to like this video won't have their homes invaded by overpowered Russian troops" - meanwhile, the Spiffing Brit be like "My goodness, 40 million likes on a video in 4 hours. Weirdly, most of them are coming from Ukraine. That is simply majestic".

The economy score takes into account how efficiently the resources are used. Having a bunch of resources, but not using them, is considered very inefficient, hence a low score.
To be fair, Jesus has a history of duplicating items for his followers so I believe this game is canonically accurate

If Spiff were to recreate this exploit irl, he would just use Yorkshire Tea for relics. Even if the exploit doesn't directly give him resources, he still gets infinite tea.

Cobra is an Age 2 specific cheat
there is an equivalent in 1, a 90s Camaro, and 3 has monster trucks
4 sadly has no cheat codes for now
a few more cool ones, you can get a baby on a tricycle with a shotgun or make catapults shoot villagers in 1, you can get an aggressive monkey in 2, and a cannon that shoots capybaras and a laser eyed bear in 3

Let's be honest, Spiff chose the Rus to abuse and exploit because the French have already been abused and exploited by every top tier AoE4 player (who were pros from the other games who had benefit of beta testing) by now.

i think the score got too high. I don't think they ever anticipated it to go over a certain amount so it just wrapped back aroun to zero and started again from there. an integer overflow.
Not really - banking resouces without spending them on the go negatively affects score.
