- To celebrate the release of Fantastic Beasts 3: The Secrets of Dumbledore, I headed to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London: The Making of Harry Potter, and sat with the cast - including Eddie Redmayne, Jude Law, Mads Mikkelsen, Jessica Williams, Dan Fogler, and Alison Sudol - to interview and test them on their Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, and Wizarding World knowledge! I also try to stump Mads with a Doctor Strange quote!
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore opens in Australian Cinemas on April 7, 2022, and across theatres in the UK on April 8, 2022, and in the US on April 15, 2022.

Johnny Depp as GG would have felt more 'magical' and sinister and I feel the story would have gone a different way. The whole political part of the movie seems like it was re-written for Mads. If JD was cast in the 3rd movie, I doubt it would have been written the way it was with the way he looked.

"I just heard this?" Said Mads after literally being in the movie and scene in question, hilarious.And the interviewer makes the mistake of saying Dumbledore and Voldemorts big duel in Order of Phoenix was in the seventh, ah no....
no he didn't, he nodded that Eddie was correct when he held up five fingers to indicate the fifth book. He just meant their final showdown at the ministry in that book/movie.

All my friends hated the movie, I absolutely loved it, I’m excited for number 4, and I’m very happy they focused on the beasts, the 2nd one lacked a lot of animals

Yes. That quote is definitely Order of The Phoenix, and its when Dumbledore has the big duel with Voldemort in the ministry of magic.

I don't know why, but the audio on this video is clearer than that on the Fantastic Beasts 3 DVD, which to me made about a third of the film's dialogue sound muddled. These actors' diagogue on film is too important for the audience to miss any of it! It was a lot of fun watching them play this trivia game--thanks.
yeah, this just comes to show I've seen Harry Potter far too many times... I could see the scenes in my head as the words were spoken haha. The Fantastic Beasts ones are slowly getting there as well though, I'm learning yay!

I am not sure how I feel about getting all of these right even the ones that weren't from the HP and FB franchises. 🤣 although I was only able to get the characters *and* movies from the HP and FB ones. I wouldn't have been able to tell you which Kung Fu Panda movie or who was talking in the Dr. Strange movie. 🤷♀️ Master Shifu's name gave it away for me on that one, and I remember the line about "the warnings come after," in the Dr. Strange movie I thought it was Wong and Strange though. 😅
