□ Ingredients
2 Slices of Bread
50g Milk
4 Eggs
2 Sliced Ham
1 Sliced Cheese
Mayonnaise
Sriracha Sauce
Condensed Milk
Butter
Salt
Parsley powder - Jak na to + styl
This looks so yummy.. i always wondered what kind of sauces they are using on the korean egg toast. But would have never imagine condensed milk is involved. I'm not sure how that works with eggs, but I'm sure going to give it a try.
I really wanna know how Sriracha, mayonnaise, and condensed milk tastes like together haha.
Some condensed milk is not sweetened like the common type found in the US.

@@BluegrassBarn but isnt all condensed milk that is thick like that automatically heavily sweetened? and thats how it gets so thick? bc unsweetened condensed milk is just evaporated milk and we would see the difference in viscosity right?
I'm also curious as to if the mayonnaise over there, is the same in the west
To non-Koreans reading : Korean street food “Toast” adds sweetness as one of the main flavours which a lot of people do not expect when seeing butter, bread, ham, and egg. It gets a bit of getting used to, so if you haven’t had it before, I suggest holding back on the condensed milk until you’re mentally ready :)

@@oOoMarkisoOo seeing that it’s pretty hard to find unsweetened condensed milk in Korea, they probably meant it for it to be the sweetened one. Not sure what unsweetened condensed milk would taste like or what it’s role would be in this recipe.
@@takeru91 wouldn’t it just be evaporated milk? I haven’t seen unsweetened condensed before.
정말이지 맜있어 보이는 에그 드랍토스트입니다. 영상내내 굉장히 노름직한 토스트에 음식들입니다. 정말이지 입에서 침이 뚝뚝 떨어질 정도입니다. 게다가 소스도 직접 배합하여서 만드시다니 대단하십니다. 소스 또한 굉장히 맜있어 보이네요.

@@ldive wrong. What you're saying is based on outdated ideas. Recent research has shown that eggs and butter are healthy fats and despite eggs having high cholesterol, they don't actually raise your blood cholesterol levels. It's the refined oils and processed foods that can raise it.

это называется застой в голове ) Проще один раз попробовать, чем артачится. Утка с грушами, тоже как бы не очень звучит, но сочетаются прекрасно, как и дичь с соусом из ягод. Ограничивая себя в головах можно и дальше оставаться невежей, глупо хающим всё ему непонятное.

Today, I tried this recipe and it really was good. The mayo, condensed milk and the sriracha sauce gave a wonderful touch. I also added some serrano peppers in vinegar. You should try it. Thank you for the recipe.

Made these with my gf and we both absolutely loved it! Super easy and quick to make! We used kewpie mayo instead of regular mayo and it added a nice accent to it!
this was amazing, we didn't have orange cheese so we used white. It went great with the creaminess of the sauces. We didn't use all of the sauce that this recipe called for on top of the eggs even for three sandwiches; so really you can do 1tbl of mayo and 1tbl of condensed milk for the eggs.

Wow, that really was simple and delicious.
I just made something inspired by this today! I had to substitute a good deal of ingredients so I can't say I made *this*.
I used brioche for the bread, sambal instead of sriracha, fried sliced greenridge farm beef sticks instead of ham, and sharp cheddar instead of processed cheese. My bread was small so I used half of the amount of ingredients as well.
It was still super delicious!

What do you think a good substitution would be ?
@@InvaderSqwid Maybe a liquid sweetener like agave, stevia, or monkfruit. Anything sweet but low in sugar/carbs. I went ahead and made it with condensed milk since the only sweeteners I have are powdered, and it was great. But it's pretty obvious the sweetness of the milk is supposed to mix with the spiciness of the sriracha. So unless you love spicy eggs I'd go for a liquid low carb sweetener instead of nothing at all.
