They remade Roadhouse, so now they are remaking everything. Here's an idea, let's remake a rather unknown 80's TV show into a full length movie, but not include any resemblance to the TV show other than the main character is a stunt man and a truck. I can't wait for next summer's hit "Rip Tide"

Really Sorry you feel that way!
First of all, technically, it’s not a remake, and they’re not trying to make it a remake, they say that outright in interviews and otherwise!
There’s actually some real references in there from the original TV show but I don’t wanna give any spoilers here, so that’s all I’m gonna say!
Secondly, it’s meant to be a whole new version and a true love letter to the stunt community and it achieves that FANTASTICALLY and then some!!
I thought it was an absolutely FANTASTIC movie and pure, unabashed, unapologetic FUN, everything a TERRIFIC Summer Movie SHOULD be, but obviously a year round Movie, also!!
A MUST see in my opinion!
Sorry you don’t feel that way, but all you have to do is read the comments here and 1 or 2 out of MANY don’t agree with me! I am DEFINITELY in the majority who LOVED this Movie!
