He's cute and you made a great choice to put some subtle colour on his lips because it really works well without making him look like he has lipstick on. I definitely feel that these face need something on them to help define the lips.

Hi Tammy, I am thinking you can save the other faceplate by trying your hand on an epoxy sculpt. Than you can really customize him and the scuffs and scratches won’t even show. 😉 You new surfer dude is super cute 🥰 ❤
