When I was a child, I loved all of the imaginative ideas of how the world could look in various fictional media. That interest eventually led me to manga and then anime. I lost interest for a variety of reasons but the true deathblow was filler (thanks Naruto). I have other interests now and still enjoy manga from time to time but I do miss the spectacle of a well-made anime. This was a lovely rekindling of that old enjoyment, thank you.
