- Chapter 1109 finally reveals a mystery surrounding the Gorosei - the five elders. They have come to Egghead to stop Vegapunk and his message. The details of the Egghead incident will soon be revealed as well. But what about the Straw Hats? Luffy can't even damage Saturn in his Gear 5 form. How can the crew defeat all five Elder Stars? Will someone come to save them?

No one would have expected that oda would bring all the gorosei to egghead! This was a crazy chapter.
The craziest thing is that only Akainu, Greenbull and seemingly Imu will be the main forces with any worldwide authority left on Mariejois during this lockdown. We haven't seen Laffite yet , but I'm betting someone will take advantage of all this chaos

My thoughts & opinions of the chapter:
1. Now that we finally got a new mini-arc, especially about Wano, I do hope that we'll get more plot holes filled. Whether it involves how others would react to the fact that Tama is a Kurozumi, and/or when Yamato will finally leave the country in an effort to reunite with the Strawhats.
2. With Saturn summoning his fellow Elders, perhaps this could become a very good excuse for Dragon to finally come to Egghead and fulfill at least a crucial part of his End Goal. Of course, that mostly depends if Dragon will take the chance of coming whether or not he knows it would be too risky.
3. While it may be too good to be true, would it be possible that chapters 1110 and/or 1111 be where & when the "final" Straw Hat Pirate reveal themselves?
ODA said the next strawhats is former enemy, it could be Caribou, Caesar or Bon Clay.

Yep I see luffy getting knocked out. But one of the goresei. Probably the bold dude. But I feel like something is still missing in luffy's fruit. I mean the goresei clearly feared luffy awakening the fruit. But at a glance they are not yet afraid of luffy's transformation. Maybe it's because they know luffy hasn't learned the true power of nikka. And if thats the case, something must happen for luffy for him to come to the realization of his true power. Probably the robot will play into that part. But yeah i agree with you. Luffy is losing this fight and the robot is going to rescue him out of this situation

I think that given the big face form of St. Shepherd Ju Peter yokai form is based on a Jikininki a tall thin zombie like spirit with an elongated mouth that is always open and eats people matches the shadowy face very well.
i heard other theories about gorosei powers a but the saturn creature is same but the others are different from what you mention , they are yukai from indu/endo area
I feel like its an ability similiar to Big Mom's homies or Cracker's soldier. Either way the homies are either there to jump luffy or in a mad scramble to stop vegapunks broadcast

I also have a theory that only advanced conquerors can harm the Gorosei. Conquerors haki has been shown to be feared throughout the world & only a select few can use advanced versions of it. Luffy hasn't used it against Saturn yet. Which will also explain why the Gorosei are so op. You need advanced conquerors to even fight them.

If Luffy's df is zoan type then theoretically
he should have 2 more forms: hybrid and awakened form. Assuming that so far we have had Luffy in his human form, Nika is his zoan form. So we still miss the other 2 forms...

@@mdanik1361 no kaido was strong, fast, high endurance and high durablity with acoc and future sight + oni gentics he a different beast. saturn cant hit luffy but hes very durable and has high endurance. if luffy finds his weakness saturn is gone easily

A couple months ago I actually made a theory on Reddit about how I personally believe Imu possesses the Hito Hito No Mi Model: 𝑴𝒖𝒄𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒓 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙡 Mythical Zoan power, an ability that grants the user the power to transform into a powerful Ink Demon that can manipulate ink freely to conjure all sorts of nightmarish terrors into reality
So based on that idea what if the Gorosei aren't real people at all, what if they are simply nightmare demon creations that Imu themselves brought into existence via their ink based mythical zoan devil fruit?
