that jhin build is the I deal no fuking damage until LDR 4th item. PLs do not go that build. Jhin will always deal damage at the start of the fight with his R so going IE LDR Collector is still good. If you really want to go shivs, than go shivs IE LDR RFC

I believe it's 1 tier from silver 3 to gold 3. You can get from silver 3 to 2 in much less games than they described.
