Junghwan literally surpassed the 2nd lead syndrome, he got the girl in real life~ I wasn't disappointed or anything when bo gum got hyeri in reply 1988, bec I already know dukseon ended up with junghwan irl. I also love bo gum's character there so... I still love the ending. One of the best dramas~

Consistent, unwavering, and upfront. but boy, junghwan portrayed his character so well I kinda wished he had the chance to tell and be with deoksun even for a while only. Just so he'll have no regrets or whatever.
