The fastest scooters on the Bonneville Salt Flats… Ever!
"From Bologna to Bonneville” is the story of an Italian challenge to set six Scooter Land Speed World Records at the famous Bonneville Salt Flats, in Utah, USA
Pirelli supported the incredible Moto Club Benelli adventure fitting DIABLO ROSSO™ Scooter tyres to the Benelli model 491 scooter. Malossi prepared three engine sizes using their 50, 85 and 100cc RC-one configurations further enhanced by famous two-stroke guru, Jörg Möller, while the scooter graphics were created by famous designer, Aldo Drudi.
Engineer Fabio Fazi, the mastermind behind the project, achieved the first two records in the 50cc category, while former World Superbike rider and now TV commentator, Mauro Sanchini, achieved four World Records in the 85cc and 100cc categories.
Chasing World Records is not new to Pirelli, it’s in our DNA!

Wtf just put a 34 carb or 36/38mm and you ll go 160-170
