So, the stroy starts with Upstart Goblin, his misfortune is seen in Bubble Crash, and then through various spells/traps we see him Team Rocketing the Pot of Greed

I choose to believe there's a route where Goblin of Greed meets the Spirit of the Pot of Greed, they grow close and, near the climax, their love is realised as the spirit becomes the Avatar of the Pot and they live happily ever after.
It would be really cool to go over the charmers/familiar possessed archetype since they've been mixed in other lore.

1:03 holy shit you gave me whiplash using the demonic whispering track for DMC's mission start screen. It was perfectly used and I've always loved that bit of ambiance so much, I've even used it in my D&D campaign lol.
I have always loved the beautifully gross ways things are depicted in this cardgame. I don't even care about dueling, I just like looking at the artwork!

I love these cards that have goblins on them, they are my favourites! I want to know more about the ones with the poor goblin boy who never has anything go his way, like mamemaki and kingyo sukui, I think.

Yeah I realized it later on when he transitioned in the story from a new card from like 2015 to an old card from like 2004

I'm sure you already have your October videos planned, but if I could make a suggestion, I'd love to see a video on the Skull Servant archetype. It's probably my favorite archetype in the game due to the thought that went into each card and the archetype as a whole. It's an archetype built entirely around duality. Each card is based on both a high-class station and a low-class station (at least, as long as you consider the Skull Servant and King the same character, which I do, since they look identical), each has some quality that would normally be perfect horror material that then gets subverted (My favorite is how the Lady in Wight is just the reverse La Llarona), and even the term "Wight" that is the basis of the archetype holds this duality theme, given it's original old English definition and it's new description courtesy of Tolkien. Seriously, this archetype is great.
the thing I find weird about this lore is it implies Pots of Greed are just... things. Like, businesses just *have* these magical exploding cursed pots around, and sell them like they would a normal vase. In the context of it being a jar that violently explodes when you take something out of it and constantly tempts any owner with stuff they want, it just seems like a weird thing to sell. I mean, it's kind of a nice pot, aesthetically, but it just doesn't seem worth constantly having a risk of getting blown up because you really wanted whatever was in there.
The Agent Archetype Would Be Cool.
As goofy as it is, stuff like soybeans, pork, and even orange juice are heavily monitored by investors. Usually for futures investing.

I thought about the ultimate "Greed" card:
Curse of the Pot of Greed: Normal spell
This card cannot be set. This card's effects cannot be negated nor can either player activate cards in response to this card's activation.
Search your Main Deck for any card, except for "Curse of the Pot of Greed", show it to your opponent. If they allow you to keep the card, you lose all but 100 LP (this effect cannot be prevented by any means). If they do not allow you to keep the card, then shuffle it back into your deck, and draw 1 card. You may only play 1 "Curse of the Pot of Greed" per turn.
