Where is your setup guys? Good work. I used to watch gas monkey which is US based vehicle alteration and upgradation garage and their documentaries are used to play at discovery channel. I sent them messages to establish such a system in Pakistan. After watching your video I am surprised that people can do this on their own on in Pakistan. I have a mechanical engineer friend, he is a PMS officer in Punjab he was also fond of doing this. We made a plan to start such a garage if we get time. You guys did it and it feels like you guys are quite educated to do this work scientifically. Hats of guys, keep up the good work.

You do car mods, invest in a good machine shop, don't make holes with a flame torch. A proper well machined engine mounts should be used for reliability and performance.

Bhai agar compression test me result theek nh arha tha to timing belt check krlety. Kbhi kbhar aisa bhi hota hy k timing belt loose ho jata hy aur wo apni jgha se hil jata hy. Dobara timing theek krny se masla hal hoskta tha.

Simple u have to swap engine K6a original suzuki 660 which is easy to fit on original mounts and not use any welding etc..... I installed it b4..

Good Effort but for mounts you could have worked better. Quite rough blows to alter the car, I hope that as time passes and your work gets appreciated you will try to equip more for better cleaner work. The blows you did to the side to fit the brake servo will it cause problem with the shock performance ?
Aoa Khurram. The blows were made keeping the clearance of shockers in mind. Cars has been on the road for some time and no issues related to shocks or suspension.

@@mukhtarali9043 1 . Change spark plug... 2 use guard air filter 3 tuning of throttle body 4 be sure air filter box is tight 5 most important check your tapped settings 6 check your engine compression also ..

If you will make work benches and platform to work on engine and assemblies at your facility then the efficiency of your staff will increase many folds and they will be thank full to you as well for making them less fatigued Working while squatting is much too laborious. Similarly a lift is the best solution to work under the car. Welding works needs masks both for visibility and inhalation protections.

Or anything else for comfort and noise cancelation of the cabin? And can you make it ABS or uc k liay all wheels mein disk break lazmi ha Coz ECU unit to ho ga my understanding k mutabiq engine k sath. Sorry I am just a nerd. I have mehran 1989 with 660cc automatic engine/gear of alto vxr single door that engine doesn't require much alterations and can easily fit on mehran's mount positions..
