I'll post this here as this is the most recent video. As someone who focuses more on aesthetics in my builds instead of making sure everything is 100% efficient, I'd love to watch you do a lets play series. I've watched you for a while and love your style and the videos you make for us. I think a lets play style series would do really well and I for one would enjoy them. Thank you for sharing the time lapse! It showed me quite impressively how much time it takes to design/layout such a great build! I just compare it to the time you needed to get the machines up and running… I usually need much more time for all of the functional things, in relation to the design. No wonder my factories look a bit simplistic 😂
You're welcome Bruno! Machines in first isn't a bad at all! Just a little harder to build round machines when they're in as it forces you to build a little blocky. You got this though bruno, I believe!

I guess I won't have as much time as usual in the future. I have to take care of my mother. She has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and needs help when she gets out of the hospital. And I try to quit smoking when I see this. Not nice when you have to walk around with the oxygen machine for 16 hours for the rest of life.

Do you plan these sort of builds when it comes to layouts or is it just something you kind of freehand and then use the available space for machines and logistics? Either way, it's super inspiring and your work is amazing. you are an artist sir.

Incredible build! I was wondering, what do you plan out first? I’ve been building my factories around my machines, but it seems like it might be a good idea to build the factory building first and fill in machines later. Maybe a bit of both I guess 😅
It also depends on what you want to achieve. This factory looks fantastic, but the amount of steel products being produced is totally insignificant. It's a choice you have to make. Personally I try to make the factories that produce what I actually need to progress in game as beautiful as I can. That makes them harder to plan though and often quite bulky. Even if I had Fluxo's talent, wich I don't, they wouldn't look as good as what he has built here.
So do you think of how you want the building to look and then figure out how to put in the factories and whatnot in after the fact?

Thanks brother, ermmm best way I can help you is to point you towards the develiper of the camera mod, he has like a two hour video explaining everything on it. His names Panakotta and the mod is called "ficsit cam" hopefully that helps you my man, good luck!

Very nice but a bit overkill for a starting factory (i think i saw only 5 foundries). Cant wait to see what you will for a major steel factory later on.
I am sort of past building huge scale fsctories, I prefer to build city conplexes now instead! I used to post huge scale projects but they don't really appeal to me anymore 😕

Are curved walls in the game by default? Been ages since I've been on so wasn't sure. I know you used to have to almost glitch it to make circles before with the overlapping rotating foundations etc. Look 1000x better than straight edges but I hated that flickering effect when 2 textures overlap
You seem to know exactly where everything is going before you start. the correct size to remove and add on the sections etc. do you sketch it up before hand and calculate size needed? thats nuts.
