For live performance you definitely want the outputs of the BB going to a dedicated mixer channel or two (stereo). Sounds great. Syncs with my looper. Easy to do fills and transitions.

I have no idea what you're talking about. It could use more volume, but there is no hissing sound, and it's right before my RC-5, at the end of the chain, running as slave. No weird noises coming out of my pedal board setup. I don't even need a noise gate. Maybe your hissing is coming from elsewhere?
You're definitely right about not even including the freaking cable. They should just put TRS jacks on the back of it, as a lot of people are actually doing. It's made to fit and work on a pedal board. And if it's mounted on a pedal board, you're not going to be worried about the card on the back side of your pedal board.

Didn't you say that it doesn't hiss, if you isolate it? If it doesn't do it on its own, then it's coming from somewhere else.

Usually, if a pedal only hisses when it's hooked up to other shit, it's the other shit that's causing it to hiss. Not all effects get along together.

they get you with the over voltage angle although you may have even used the transformer it came with - I play through a Zoom G1 Four into my Pioneer VSX-D457 amp so I decided to just use its drum machine (I don't use it much anyway except for a metronome) never really enjoyed the Beatbuddy anyway - ended up rode hard and put away wet while they got my money@@sopunkrock101

@@sopunkrock101 I would hope so. That would be terrific! As sad as it may sound, people struggle more and more to manage to get some free time which makes rehearsals more difficult to organize. On top of that people tend to be more lonely than ever before. That would be awesome to be able to emulate a band at least for those times when finding anyone to play along is difficult. Keep up the good work !

Per the forums, people have included basslines in user submitted songs. I haven’t played my beatbuddy in ages but I did download quite a few songs with a bassline in it back when I did.
