Not gonna lie, as a Christian who is also celibate, I thought it was really cool to see representation of a believer who is choosing God over their own desires. I am really happy that Ana still stayed with Javi and allowed Javi to share the love that he experiences from God with her by taking her to church. I'm glad that Ana is interested in "updating" her relationship with God. I am really happy about this representation of Christian love and Christian influence.

It's not going to last...nothing Godly lasts long on worldly show. It's called a red herring. Hollywood know there are young Christian millennials who watch the show so they draw them with the narrative of celibate characters then crush all hope by having them engage in "hot" premarital sex. ***spoiler***Ex The Secret Life of the American teenager where the goody two shoes character Grace was a Christian & wanted to wait for marriage. Ironically Francia Raisa aka Ana who was in that show as Adrian the sex crazed latina who looked down on Megan Park aka Grace. Finally after season 2 or so Grace cracked under pressure and had sex with her football boyfriend. By the end of the show Grace became the sex crazed blonde and Adrian started practicing a form celibacy by only engaging in sex if the guy was only committed her...

@@TheDragontiger123 Denise Huxtable was a character on the cosby show. She was next to the oldest. Lisa (Aquaman's wife) bonet portrayed her. She got a spin-off series "a different world", where get character went to college. Only Denise drops out of school because Lisa Bonet got pregnant in real life and bill "drug em and rape'em" cosby was pissed so I think he fired her from the show or demanded she leave. She did and the show was better for it. Zoey gets on my nerves. I don't see any growth in her character. Or is that the point of the show?

Side note; I went to the Clinton library years ago. What I saw really messed me up. There is a wall that has every president and the policies that they made or took away. This show works so much better without Zoey. If Zoey was there she would have turned the whole conversation towards herself and her boring problems with Aaron.
Okay but here’s the thing: this entire show is about Zoey and her growling into adulthood. None of these characters were introduced. Zoey is the main character. If they wrote Zoey off, less people would watch, which means less money.

*This seems like it could be a very good show but, just like other shows as to why I don't watch TV. It's just way too sexualized.* These shows are always talking about sex showing sexual tension. What ever happened to the good days where at least they had way more family shows where everyone could watch. Shows like *the Cosby Show* (say what you want about Bill Cosby) where they showed a successful black family with teaching about raising kids and life challenges. Another great show was " *A Different World* " where they inspired a lot of black folk to go to college. Both shows main focus was on education and family values. These shows today are nothing but a free for all with any and everybody. Just run out and have sex with a random person, or a roommate, online dating etc. Then people expose our children to this type stuff by watching it in front of them even allowing their children to watch shows like this period. These are God's children. Be careful of the type of content that you put out there where people all around the world can see and hear. The reason is that if you cause millions of souls to fall and miss heaven, you will have to pay for each soul that you caused to fall for all eternity. I can say this because for one back in the day I was playing a character on a couple of shows but I was never big time. But the role I was playing was sending the wrong message. Secondly after I was in a car accident til later on where God showed me part of my acting life and found myself in the earth looking at Hollywood and all of these actors down inside the earth. Then coming face to face with this massive demon maybe around 15 feet tall! Not going to get into what happened next but I will say this. I don't wish that place on no one! Not even my enemies. I was just a kid the very first time I was entering into hade! Listen guys, I know you are going to reply to me with nasty and hateful ungodly words and not believing me. But that's okay and it doesn't bother me because I have very thick skin. My job is done here. I've said what God wanted me to say and when it's time to stand before God on the day of judgement, you can't say that you didn't know. God bless you and again I won't respond to any negative messages or have a debate battle with you. Why? Because you already know right from wrong because God has already written that on each and everyone's heart. Give your life to Jesus before it's too late cause you just may not wake up tomorrow. *Confess Romans 10:9 and also repent of your sins daily.*
I want another show like a A Different World, too but you want it you're going to have to write it, then try and get someone to pick it up.

I get what you are saying but this is targeted for people 17 to early 20s so sex and dating is usually on the mind around that time for a lot of people so this show is pretty relatable on how to deal with dating, heartbreak, having sex, etc
There are still family shows being made. You seem to not be doing your search. & not everyone has the same beliefs as you so there will always be things you will not like
I had to block some of the parts. I completely agree with you. This is why I don't own a tv. It was a bit of a sacrifice for me to even watch this show given the content. I'm surprised they even allowed the dialogue of a believer to be included in the show and said Jesus' name.
