Gone from $50k Increments, to $20k Increments to 10k Increments in 3 Bids!! Take charge & take control as the Auctioneer!!! Then announcing the Property"On The Market" during competitive Bidding, surely that indicates to the Bidders that's all the Vendor & Agent thinks that's all the property is worth! Why not announce the Property On The Market when the bidding basically stops!!
What I saw was a great Auctioneer building momentum

@@Asone82 Not against him at all. My opinion is that he's a very average Auctioneer. Too many long pauses during the Auction, let's the Bidders dictate the Auction way too much, announces the Property On The Market at the first opportunity he gets.
