I've been lifting for 5 years, this makes me realize my genetics are... strange. I'm more bulky, like naturally the way my proportions are. Bro looks better than I do lmao
No worries, I train since 18 years straight and never was able to reach that physique, despite not drinking alcohol and eat healthy. Not everybody is meant to be a model. I am 36 now, still got my abs and have a rest heart rate of 42 due to adding running to my routine. It´s about health and longevity, not about the craziest veins and the best looks.
You need to blame the media (Hollywood etc) for glorifying the use of roids. It basically ruined people's expectations of how someone that lifts looks like (they are not a 180 pounds gorilla)
1) Be patient 2) Trust the process These two sentences helped me to stay in my fitness journey when I doubted about it, and I'm glad I still stay in it.
That is INSANE for 4 years Tom has likely gone through hard bulking and rigorous training. And some people have insane genetics, eat sh*t and use PED for easy way.
If that's a small physique to people, they spend way too much time on social media. The fact is that physique is top 1 percent that you'll actually see out in the world in person.
@@Bumper210 Pretty much why I stopped following fitness content for the most part. It was a big inspiration at first, but as time passed the unrealistic expectations in such a small amount of time waned on my mental health pretty significantly.
I have to say, I have enormous respect for people like him, be it male or female. I just hope my efforts, despite my hardships, will lead me to something like this result
What an incredible glow up, respect to this guy, he has my definition of a perfect physique, this is the physique I strive for every time I go to the gym. I want to look healthy like him, not like a drug addict who struggles to go up stairs and who's gonna die in his 40´s.
6'4" and 84kg or around 185lbs. Pretty much natural bodybuilding peak, if he wants to do it. Trust me, you aren't getting any shredder than that at height/weight without peds.
When I go workout, I go to the gym early in the day, wich means I spend most of the time with a very particular group of lifters : old people. Not your run-of-the-mill granny, no, people who, in their 70s or 80s, are still stronger than average (a lot of their lifts are higher than mines), look healthy, has monstrous cardio and so on. This is my goal. This what I want to achieve. Still be in the gym and healthy at their age Train for longevity brothers and sisters !
Chances are, the first year or two he had no idea how to properly train or diet. Four years of lifting doesn’t mean that you were doing everything exactly right for four years, it probably took him a while to get it all down to a good routine and proper nutrition, he looks great
Look at Greek statues. He has THAT physique. And tell me, what could possibly be bad about that? NOTHING. Sure, he's not bulked up by modern standards, but that's a very aesthetic, functional, athletic physique.
That's only small for someone who uses steroids. People say society has unrealistic expectations towards female bodies, but then expect every man to be able to look like a bodybuilder (to a degree you can only achieve by taking drugs).
He’s got an amazing physique as specially after 4 years of training 💪🏽 some people are clearly just drowning in social media’s unrealistic body standards. In my personal opinion, I feel like the natural lifter physique looks far nicer than the bloated up steroid gear one.
Fucking hell man, if I can ever have a physique like that I'd be so happy, people who think that's not an elite physique seriously need a reality check
10% of added body fat to that physique and he'd look huge in a good way, bro just wanted to be shredded and that is real natural muscle. I'd say thats an impressive physique 👍💪
that is actually how a natural lifter should look. his chest is normal and his delts aren't cannonballs. people hate on him because they know they'll never achieve what he has, PED free progress.
People also forget training is a journey of learning new things, do u expect a total beginner to just whoop out the perfect workout-plan, have a great diet and train the best way to gain muscle? The internet made this community delusional and spiteful
it seems to me tho that nobody really told him that and he just made it up to post a transofrmation video. i dont want to be negative but there are people out there who look much worse and do recieve actual comments like that
@@needless7682i've heard it take many years to build this type of physique naturally which makes me demotivated i want to build this type of physique but naturally
Anything bigger is honestly kinda ugly. Sam Sulek’s physique is strong af but certainly not considered ‘attractive’. I’d rather have a natural-looking physique like this guy or Andrew Eubanks… pulling ladies is more important than impressing other dudes at the gym smh..
Well, he really is small for 4 years but he is incredibly fit. If being big was the goal itself - he failed. If growing some muscle here and there for being more attractive while building some strength in the process - he heavily succeeded
who would say that's a small physique after 4 years?? Maybe those kids who think they're cool because they have deluded social media standards, but let's ignore those.
He has the physique that every natural lifter wishes for. I hope I can have a physique like his when I reach my fourth year

@@LionblazeTc Body fat and insertions and height so idk theres that too
Fr that's peak male physique imo.

I think tik tok and ig mostly
Hollywood actually glorifies bodies similar to this guy. The roids is more social media. Hollywood hides roids tbh.
@@kidplayzyt123Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans physique
fake natties carry a lot of blame for this by creating for many the illusion roid physiques are naturally attainable by anyone.
Have you guys seen videos on women on roids? Their bodies are unrealistic even for men , what the heck is this fitness age
Kids have no idea what natural lifting and a natural physique even looks like anymore. He has a great physique. Fake nattys and their consequences…
This dude is fake natty too.
1) Be patient
2) Trust the process

Some people have very unrealistic standards. His physique is amazing
People really be dissing Trent Alexander Arnold now
That is INSANE for 4 years Tom has likely gone through hard bulking and rigorous training. And some people have insane genetics, eat sh*t and use PED for easy way.
Plus he's 6'2 -6'4
He also used peds. Fake natty
I don't care if he looked like that after 10 years it's still a great physique.
If that's a small physique to people, they spend way too much time on social media. The fact is that physique is top 1 percent that you'll actually see out in the world in person.
+1 mate, when you are really into fitness and follow fitness social media you see and compare yourself to top 0,01% or even less people in the world.

Impressive, especially for a 6'4 dude.
The average 6'4 dude even after years of training often doesn't look like much.
it always depends on genetics and the type of training you do. height is mostly irrelevant.
Shit 6'4? A physique like that on a 6'4 frame is fucking divine.
Insane transformation! Well done lad

They probably think tren is natural lol

Compliments fishing at its finest
bro he's fcking 6'4 putting in muscle with such height must be really hard, lots of respect
he looks great for 4 years of lifing i dont think anyone is saying that to him
facts, he must've cherry-picked the one troll comment, kinda seems like fishing tbh
HOW TF IS THIS DISSAPPOINTING. This is INSANE
Love watching your videos, lifting people up and always having a good head on those shoulders.
Tom beckles majestic af
If he said that was 15 years of lifting I would believe him. Dude looks amazing. People are a bunch of ignorant fools.
As long as you're actively trying to improve, that's all that matters. Don't let anyone shit on you for your hard work.
Its an amazing physique with very good genetics, peak natural imo

Everyone's body image is so screwed now days don't know what will happen in coming yrs
4 years natty to look like that is impressive he got good genetics

Guy: has basically everyone's dream physique
Internet dudes: "small"
Even more impressive that he’s 6 4
Damn his physique is close to impeccable. Great genetics plus hard work.
Bro has the physique that would pull 99% of girls and people still complain wtf
People expect Hulk body after going 2 times to the gym....

I've notice that people who never were in a gym tend to think that going a few weeks in a gym will make you HUGE, like a pro bodybuilder on steroids.
He has the perfect physique
You should see his bulking recipes, they look delicious, his name is Tom beckles

That's the perfect body btw. Not too big, not too small.
20 years ago that guy would've been accused of steroid use but body dysmorphic 2023 says he barely lifts
Guys level up from 15 strength to 55 and look at this dude and think he's slow? Bro started at -99

I thought it said, “4 years after lifting rocks”. I must be delusional😂😂😂
These 14 year olds always got something to say 🙄
People that say "4 yEaRs FOr THiS" either have not been lifting for that long or are on gear. The delusional standards are insane
If hes small, im a malnourished skeleton
He has my dream physique, and people have the audacity to go "small physique".
Not everyone's goal is to put on as much muscle mass as possible. That physique could be perfectly reasonable even after a decade or two of lifting.
Hes 6 ft 4 , if he was 5 ft 10 , hed be bigger than many steroid users
hes majestic, who says otherwise? lmao
Bros got the dream physique and hes worried about people calling him small
look great natty: people say you are average and arent impressed
blast gear and look insane: not impressive it was all juice

Nah but they do look a bit similar lol
Imagine saying that Tom Beckles is small 💀💀💀
That's actually good progress for 4 years, especially considering he basically started from rock bottom xddd
Wtf?? He looks great people are tripping

1 Sleep
2 Diet
3 Consistent program

yes it is

No
