My interpretation.
A man met this woman one day on vacation. He was on a two week vacation and they met at a bar and quickly fell in love, well he fell in love. She was just looking for fun. They went to the beach, a karaoke bar and he instantly fell in love with her. Then sadly his two week vacation has come to an end. He misses her. She was the love of his life. Every passing day he thinks of her. It’s been two years. Every six months he goes to the same beach just hoping to see her again. Every day he writes her a letter. Saying things like “there’s this movie I think you’ll like” or “your the closest thing to Michelle Fifer I’ve ever seen.” He writes her everyday. But he doesn’t know her address so he’s just writing to a figment in his imagination. 35 years later he’s married with a wife and kids. One day he is watching a movie and recognizes the main character. It’s her. The girl. He thought to himself. She’s famous and more beautiful than he remembered. He found her address on Google and mailed her all the letters. She never responded. He went on a whole month without a response. So he decided to head to LA and find her. Not to confess his love. But to get the revenge he wanted all along.

My interpretation:
An overlying sickness spreads out across the coast of California. A couple, two young teens are taken apart. People have to stay away from one another or they will be killed by the gov. Or the disease. It attacks within minutes, shutting down lungs and airways. The two sneak out right as the sun hits the crease in the sky, right over the hills. They’re sitting on the back of a truck in the sandy shore, watching the sun go down as they’re suddenly struck with the disease. They fall into a peaceful silence, knowing there love was worth death as they die lowly on the beach, the girl has memories of when life used to be normal, and she finally gets to go back to it again with her boyfriend.

A woman has traveled to L.A to become the singer she always planned to be since she was young. One night, she played at a bar and met a man who was impressed by her singing, he then turns out to be a manager and works for a very famous music company. The woman accepts his offer graciously and begins playing and writing songs for this company. She becomes quite popular and her manager (the man) offers to take her on a date. She is hesitant because he is way older than her, and it would be illegal, but accepts. She enjoys the night and has many more until they are dating. They truly fell in love. One date, they go out to the ocean and there is a terrible rip tide. She watches it closely. When she isn't looking, her boyfriend (the manager) grabs a sheet of paper from the ground, that she had dropped. They were both on a deck. When he reads the paper, he smiles. He backs up a step and bumps into the girl. She falls off the deck, and into the riptide. She instantly dies. He is mortified, but he can't go to jail because of his age, so he tells the police a lie. They check her dead body, and give the remains, her purse, and a few papers in her pocket. At home, he cries every day, until he finally looks at the notes she had in her pocket that night. A song. Labeled "Magician's Assistant". He cries over it, because it was about him and her. He gathers up his strength, and he sings the song for her fans. But he changed the name. He changed it to "Riptide". It becomes popular, and so does he. One night he reads the note that caused his beautiful girlfriend to die. "You're the Magician's Assistant in my dreams, See you in heaven love- Yours truly, Selena Belle. She killed herself. She stood behind him in hopes he would back up and kill her. She did it because she knew he would be arrested if they didn't break up, and it was too mentally hard for her to do so.

So this is the story that popped in my head for this.
Guy is slowly losing his mind due to mental health problems and an antisocial personality, ends up losing his job. He moves to new york and falls in love with a sheltered heiress on the top floor in the penthouse. (Shes been living on the highest shelf) he becomes obsessed and stalks her without her knowledge. She has some dark secret and keeps leaving to the bad side of town at night and returning early in the morning. She spirals down a dark path while he watches her every move, and before he can do anything to save his obsession, she decides to end it by jumping into the water off a dock and dies in a riptide. He's charged with her murder due to the “perfect” heiress not giving any clues of what truly was happening and the other inhabitants of the apartment building noticing his stalking, and is singing this in his cell.

Ok, so I need to work on creative writing. I'm gonna go round and write a story for each of these. Here goes nothing.
Rain fell on the windowsill softly, but it felt like bullets piercing the silence with each droplet. Malice is contagious in this city, and Rowan was an alcoholic for germs. Finger on the trigger, she contemplates it. She contemplates her. Oh, she could almost see her now. Her monologue was beautiful, the way she begged her to let her join the mafia. And Rowan had tried to tell her, of course she had. That's what she tells herself. That's how she sleeps at night. But she can see more clearly now, she can see more clearly when someone's life is on the line. And she knows it was her fault, in the end. She know that she could have stopped her, she knows that all it would've taken was a little more convincing. But that was then. Back when she knew. Now, nothing is certain except the passage of time, and she has to live in the moment. So she pulls the trigger. The bullet whistles through the air, almost silently. The rain on the windowsill seems infinitely quieter now. The body crumples to the floor, in a pool of blood. There's no point in trying to stop it staining, the sheriff is resigned to himself and the police force is incompetent. But Willow never was. She was a beautiful young woman, destined for a great career in film. She could've had the world. And the police force took it away. So she made them incompetent. And now Rowan has nothing left to do, no one left to kill. No future and no past, only her present. And it was time to join her. To join Willow. The rain was hammering now, but where she was going you wouldn't even be able to hear it. She wandered down to the beach, solemnly, gun in hand. She passed the church on the way, the usual piano piece was playing at the usual funeral. Just another dead. It doesn't matter where she's going. She passes the empty houses on the streets, they've had no one living in them for years. It's not safe here, after all. It doesn't matter where she's going. Her feet hit the sand and she takes off her blood-stained, mud-caked boots. They were expensive, but it doesn't matter where she's going. The sand is cooling, calm. The only calm thing left in this hellhole. A hellhole of her own design. The water was cold as the seafoam waves of death hit her feet, but it doesn't matter where she's going. Knee-deep in the inevitability of her fate, she sees only the present. And in the present, she sees herself strolling in a warm forest with Willow, among the trees the two were named after. They're laughing, it's warm. It's not warm here, but Rowan doesn't care. She keeps walking. Willow is just as gorgeous as she remembers her. She can hear her explaining her latest project;
"There's this movie that I think you'll like!" She remembers it now, how her voice was so soothing it felt like waves rushing through her ears. Or maybe that was the saltwater.
"This guy decides to quit his job, and head to New York City." And now she was too deep to look back, too deep to go back. Sunlight dances through the leaves, and hits the path. "This cowboy's running from himself-" But it doesn't matter now. She takes her last breath, in peace. She would see Willow soon. Soon. That's how she sleeps at night. And that's how she'll sleep forever.

You're better than him and you know it. One night you're at a party and he assaults you, posts it everywhere and ruins your reputation. You're done, this can't be it, you tried to start a new life and he wouldn't let you. He is the problem. You're reading out the letters that you wrote to him in junior year as you look at him, crying on the floor of his dorm room like you were, bleeding out.

my sucky interpretation:
There was a young boy not below the age of 13 with brown eyes, messy brunette hair and freckles. He lived in the seaside with his parents, all alone with no friends. One night he looked upon the dark night sky and wished for a companion. The next week there was a family who landed from a ship. They looked rich and seemed to have a daughter who was blonde with green eyes and porcelain complexion. The boy hurried up to the sand to meet the new family. Both of the children introduced themselves and built sand castles together. The family was apparently moving in and the boy was tapping everywhere. The boy and girl grew closer with each other each day until they were both 15 and the family was leaving for the city again. They both knew that they were in love. Years had passed,the boy waited upon the shore and later on found she went on to pursue her career as a model. He sent letters and got none back. One day, the girl came back with her fiancé for their honeymoon and the man dressed as a magician to take the girl away for her fortune. He cut her bodies in pieces and shipped them to the tides coming towards the shore. {this is a short story not a summary}
