What a beautiful railway journey. How long is the journey from start to finish? Must be over a mile?
Hi David, there’s a few variations of the track so the longest route is around 35- 40 minutes ride and over a mile in distance. I’ve been told I hold the largest private garden railway of our scale in the UK

I really prefer the British mini/garden railways. There are fine ones in America too, but there they tend to turn them into attraction parks. Stations with plastic passengers, yech!

That is bloody amazing! An estate not a garden... and too much to keep to yourself. (lol) I dread to think how much it cost to build!!
How on earth do you do the maintenance? I have a modest garden railway and the maintenance including leaves and twigs etc on the line is a headache. Excellent!

Hi David, the signals were taken in over the Winter for some touch ups. Hoping to film a lovely winters day tour soon

Are the rails flat bar or profiles?
Is there a map or track plan avalible anywhere?

Hi Chris, they definitely cause a problem in the autumn but it’s worth it for the ride round 🚂
