I have been through the dark night of the soul and I was brought up from it by God giving me visions and downloads and teaching me spiritual truths and I don’t agree with his statement about our past over loved ones not being part of our spiritual team because I assure you that they are and in fact it’s the very reason some of them left the planet within two years of your spiritual awakening. I've heard we should wait to touch our phones in the AM, not setting our alarms. Stay in the Liminal for a while and let our thoughts have a chance to come through, while still sleepy. Staying in bed would be fine if you've slept long enough not to just fall back to sleep. I plan to do more of this in the new year. I did this, this morning and did have an epiphany.

Hawaii! Maui! Haha, it literally has happened to me that after taking a class in Maui and also almost died by the hand of (now ex)-husband, all my senses got hightened to the point that I decided to stay and discover further.
Being in the crater with absolute silence to experience animals coming up to me, spirit and non human beings contacted me several times. I've learned and transformed a lot! I now work all over the world with people and their traumas and abilities.
The funniest part that I'm Hungarian and my family name is Piko. In Hawaii piko means center of all energy and symbol of healers. Energetically Hawaii is the piko the Earth.
My grandma was a medium and I have massage sessions that turns into a readnig or beings show up to teach me about energy and body healing. Worked out a method of the how to connect how to find our own main essence and put things on track. Fascinating life serving others!
I'd love to share and deliver more for others and see how much their life changes and the success in self growth.

I had a couple dreams a few nights apart that my daughter was in turmoil then the other she was injured. I thought it was a bad dream because I was worried about her she recently had a couple disappointments. I didn’t act on it I didn’t think she would believe me about being careful or believe something was going to happen because of a dream. She passed away about a week and a half later at 25. I’m beating myself up for not believing the dream for thinking it was just a bad dream. Why didn’t I do more!?! This is literally eating away at me. I knew something was coming I should of tried to stop it. She didn’t kill herself but relapsed & it was bad drugs so it was accidental. I just wish I tried harder to warn her. I really feel I let her & myself down.
I don’t think you would have been able to stop her, icy. I think the dream was meant to prepare you. Addiction takes over. I am so very sorry for your loss and wish I could take your pain away. ❤

Someone took my ponaranion dog and we were Soo Soo close! We were kindred spirits, I got him micro chipped because I thought he could be traced back to me if he got taken on me, but who has him has not taken him to the vets so they can't get him back for me! I miss him Soo Soo Soo much , I cry and have dreams about him turning up to me and we are rekindled! and are so happy to see each other again! In my dreams we run to each other and hug each other and he is jumping all over me licking my face and we are so happy to see each other again! PLEASE CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THESE DREAMS? WILL I EVER SEE TEDDY AGAIN??
A lot of mornings, I wake up knowing I was on another planet. I breathe differently, my hair feels kind of weird. But I'm still me. One day I woke up and I knew in my bones that I was somewhere working physically.
My 14 year old daughter has these same feelings, very interesting. She says when she wakes she almost feels like she is like downloading back to this reality. She has to look at her hands and feet and feel them to get familiar with this reality again. She has lucid dreams and tells me of all the places she goes to an has lives there. There has been multiple times that we had the same dream like we were both there and remember the same things happening, so ironic.
The most helpful tip which I've never heard before is that meditation every day is the most important and length of time spent meditating is less important! I wish I had heard this many years ago! I've put it off because I started with Joe Dispenza's meditations which are an hour-1 hour 30 min long! and I could never stick to it!
5 minutes can be enough sometimes.
When I first woke up it scared me because it was overwhelming. I couldn't figure out how to turn it off and on, control it, and finally, I just let it flow. Today my friends ask for readings and healing work. Its like wearing a pair of my favorite jeans
What happened, if I may ask? Are you a medium and just woke up to it? Interesting!
@@Tinyteacher1111 It started when I began seeing auras. The more I paid attention to them, the more I saw, and noticed synchronicity everywhere. I began to have the ability to manifest. Guarding thoughts became important because it was easy to manifest. It was initially little things, easy to brush off. But then there were some "in your face" occurrences. At first, I would journal everything, and then it became too much.
A systems engineer by trade, there was a series of understandings of how this technically happens.
Letting go, and letting it flow, inward knowings, it became a two way street, and awareness of the ability to channel healing energy was a reality.

I had the same exact experience at the 9/11 site. I felt almost blown back from entering the space. I felt tremendous sadness and sick to my stomach.
I would love to know what meditation you used daily and fell in love with in the beginning!!
My dreams are usually just twisted versions of what I think of during the day. I would enjoy connecting with loved ones while I sleep, but not sure how I can enter into that ability. Maybe someday! 😊
Things are not harder now than in the past. We are just having our eyes opened to the dark stuff that has been well-hidden because the veil is thinned and more people are raising in their consciousness.
Even if you worked ceaselessly around the clock - there's no way you could churn out videos this quickly.

I dreamt of 9/11 the day before (9/10/2001) and when i went to ground Zero in NYC 4/2002 & was overcome with emotion as soon as we were on the block in our bus. It was super overwhelming ♡ God bless all who parished and lost loved ones. Alex, your description was exactly how it felt!

I love your questions! it keeps downloading things for me. Like : One's main essence are the principals or frequencies that the human soul resonates upon.
Everyone has their own frequency that brings in certain energy formulas that the soul is working with in it's current incarnations and when two people meet these energy formulas start communicating with each other and bring new formulas into existance. Than it goes to the layer of the collective information and get to be downloaded by people who's focused intention is to understand that very topic.
Just like the same song was written on two sides of the world because the composers downloaded the current frequency that included that particular melody for the effect it meant to trigger to those who resonates with the formula.

Oh my gosh. He is telling my exact story from the beginning to the end. My awakening began when I was working as an RN. The stress at work reawakened me.

I would love too talk to you. I feel different from the average bear. I spent 32 years giving my soul to everyone helping to heal them and oddly myself . In my time here on Earth I have learned a lot. I feel it's possible that God or something wanted me to change my modality of healing añd first start with myself..." Slow down so I don't miss the signs" he said.
I wonder if the reason the energies of a certain area linger, such as the world trade center mentioned in this discussion, are because time is not linear as we had been told, but rather everything is happening in the now, but just in different dimensions or realms, which is why we don't see it with our physical eyes but can still feel it.
Regarding the fact that everyone can feel things, I have two main stories:
Some years ago I worked at an office and one collegue had a certain negative vibe. It was a large open space, there was no door and there was carpet so you normally wouldn't really notice someone coming in unless you faced the entrance. But him you could feel, the atmosphere got darker and you sensed him coming in, it was not great. And he was not a nice person.
The other story is when I was going home by train and heard someone, some student, talk on the phone about a politician being shot to death. I shrugged it off as "yeah, he needs to be interesting or something". I definitely didn't believe it. But the second I got out of the train onto the platform I knew it was true. I hadn't seen anything, it was just the atmosphere that grabbed me by the throat. There are other examples but these were the clearest and also the hardest to subscribe to coincidence or something.
I felt the heaviness when visiting the holocaust museum in Washington DC. In general, and more so by different presentations. The shoes, and one with the outfit worn. I also sense in book stores when there are dark magic books that someone has tried or read from while there. Took me a while to figure out what was going on. I now try to avoid a darkness.

Yes I read Tony Robbins book I went back to get reducated after reading that book, I also kept dreaming about a class room. I passed in four subjects in business studies and computers. One book can change your thinking.
Not to long ago I had a dream about a family funeral... I had the sane dream for 3 nights in a row.. each morning I told my husband about the dream. The morning after my 3rd night dreaming that, my mom called me to tell me that my uncle died the night before. He died the last night I had the dream.
When I was little I used to have a repetitive dream about twin boys.. the dream will pop up from time to time in my childhood.. there's no twins in my family.. at 22 I got pregnant naturally with twin boys and never had the dream again. I'm the only one in my family with twins by the way.
Appreciate the interview’s information and upbeat quality. Sadly I missed how one can develop their psychic ability. I perceive that consistent meditation helps one’s ability to connect, other than that this was the only tip.
That's the main step. Even this medium studied with multiple renowned teachers once he began to get there. You start with being driven to meditate, and doing it often. You can also work on silencing the mind, guarding/moderating thought, and manifesting.

Hell, I have had so many awakenings that it has become very familiar and a day to day experience!
At least I feel normal. I avoid going to crowded areas, I become so overwhelmed,coz I see or hear things about people. I dream dreams that turned out to be true.
Have had at least two visitation dreams. They are very distictive and feel incredible. Last one gave me so much comfort when I really needed it.
I enjoyed this video very much. I liked the Dream Meditation concept. I could instantly relate and both differentiate and recall dreams that have faded upon awakening vs dreams from years ago - just like Chris said!

My medium skills are spontaneous.(when it feels like popping on & off ) Or if someone is tapd in, & near me, whos talking about a person who passed, I get a super understanding how they died, or a song, or a phrase.
I also, don't see them. It's an imagination with a personality thing. Besides that I can pickup on others physical pain in my own body, or if they're drunk or high or on meds. (Which is draining).

I got grabbed on the shoulder once in the bathroom when I was alone, i even felt it squeeze. Felt exactly like some one grabbed and squeezed my shoulder, made my body feel like it went cold, I was like wtf was that, really freaked me out, I was maybe 12, im 40 now. I've had a bunch other stuff happen to since but that's one of the times i can remember being touched.
