A point has to be considered is that the play style of TW in Worlds is miles different from VCS months ago, they are aware more of vision controls and macro, they know where and when to engage and retreat. This is definitely because of the training in Asian Games with Sofm.

I noticed that when he got on BDS and they just started winning. I get stoked seeing him play Darius into anything and win.
The problem with Adam is his champion pool is literally 4 champions and all of them more or less function the same way.
He'll look like a god on Darius, Olaf, Sett and Garen especially against even or lower tier competition.
All 4 of them just go ooga booga flash ghost/ignite and try and smash the lane with aggressive level 1-3 trading.
I have a sneaking suspicion he'll get absolutely clapped by LCK and LPL top laners.
Don't get me I'm wrong I'm glad he is at worlds and spent most of the year dunking on most of LEC's top laners.

Bie's combo at 12:00 was super clean. You can't even see the R animation before the Q
no kidding. even when you freeze frame you like can't see a single frame with the r circle underline without the anchor already starting the q animation.
The R cc was almost entirely overlaped by the Q CC. Aka the R was almost entirely wasted since overlapping cc is fully useless. It did look cool and clean though. The combo was just an inherently very bad combo... maybe he didnt have much time to practice naut so he didnt know the combo was bad ;)

Twice got 2v2 against Stixay and Huhi (worst botlane than most ERL teams), openly dashed in a Nautilus grab that was sent to Narnia, was put on Ezreal duty on 5 games out of 6 and the only one where he had any semblance of impact was the one where he played Sivir.
You liking a player shouldn't turn you blind to all of his mistake, which are plentiful in the last 6 games.

i don't know adam was making some pretty insane mechanical plays in g2 too. i think if his team stepped up more he woulda stayed on the right side of the overagression line, but as the games started to slip away it definitely fell apart for adam as well.
Good thing this is our 4th seed, i can't see any of the other eu teams loosing to minor regions

Why force Rene? Adam built differently so you don't need the enemy team to ban Rene. I understand that you need to make space on the ban spot against Asian teams but not now. You are in play-in not the group stage. LCK and LPL will still challenge your Rene top anyway seems the skill gap exists.
And the JG player. I don't know what can be changed for him because his performance for all three games looks bad. The guy is hiding sth or what?
The BP for BDS is in the worst case now, unless Adam makes a huge win on Rene against a good team which is unlikely because the JG don't know how to play Nid or Elise. :(

am i the only one that wants to kill myself when i see ezreal picked (by a non-Chinese ezreal)? maybe it's just as a main character ADC main i hate to see my boiz on that shit, but, like it NEVER works. it relies on you literally having an out-of-body experience to outcompete most other ADCs, for only marginally more playmaking potential. and yeah, sure, some lane safety via neutralizing the lane (aka letting your opponent CS equally well, and literally both sides playing PvE). if you're gonna play something that hands-reliant at least vayne you can kill people in like 5 autos late-game, even if her r + q isn't exactly the most reliable self-peel... every time i watch this shit in pro play it's like "ok, if the ezreal can hit all 6 of his next skillshots, the teamfight is gonna get turned in his favor". yuck.
What we can learn from this series is that both EU and NA don't deserve 4th seeds at all. How bad does BDS and GG have to be to get gapped by wildcard regions?
