How to get cats to cuddle with you

I have over 40+ people who changed their perspective of cats just that because of the way I raised my cats. Mochi, my 4-year-old Tortie, has turned out to be a balanced and happy cat due to the time and effort I dedicated to her. Now, we're using the same approach with our son Rico, and he's becoming even cuddlier! In this video, I share everything I did to make my cats the angels they are.

Also love the kitten massage! Question for you: my cat currently goes out on walks on a leash daily, but now he's starting to expect it and meows and claws at the door throughout the day (especially in the middle of the night) even after he's gone out. What are some ways I can train him/redirect him so he doesn't do that?

Hi Cara! Thanks for the kind words. If I were you I would try one of two things. Keep a consistent schedule for when you do take this love out so they know when to expect the walk. For example, my Alexa announces breakfast and dinner time so my cats know when it’s time to eat. This helped so I can sleep without my cats clawing at the cabinets when they get hungry! However, if it’s difficult to create a consistent schedule, I would try the clothes line hack I saw on TikTok! If you have a backyard, I would try to connect a strong rope from one end of your yard to the other then hook the leash to something that allows your cat to move on the rope with ease! That way, you don’t have to be physically outside every time you watch your cat when they want to go out! Hope this helps.

@@SylsPurrspective gotcha! I’ll keep that in mind. I think we’re going out regularly at the same time but vary in total length. A cue sounds like a good idea. The clothes line hack is so ingenious. I don’t have a backyard rn but I’ll save that for when I do! Thanks for replying and sharing your advice!
