After the unimaginable disappointment in Dupage county Ethan and i went to Drew's (Midwest Sirens) house to see his STH-10 go off. Nick wasn't there as he had to go back to Minnesota.
Info:
Brand: Federal Sign & Signal
Siren: Special Tone High - 10A
Output Volume @100ft: it was running at half speed so idk
Port Ratio: 12
Signal: Alert
Location: Drew's House
Test Date: Not confirmed yet.
Siren map: www.google.com...
Other notes: Used to be elliot's but Drew traded elliot the banshee for the STH. Drew also pained the STH yellow lol
For anyone wondering why it changed pitch is because I was messing with the speed on the VFD. Hopefully soon I'll get the VFD programmed to full 220VAC and it'll be able to go full power
Can't wait!!
@@dangerousnoodle3730 yes sir, I'll tell you when it's all set up
The pitch is very low & the wind up is very slow. Is to do with voltage?
@@davidwhitefancollector3985 No, the slow wind up is due to the VFD and the low pitch is because I didnt crank the VFD up to full power
What does VFD stand for?
Sweet! Drew definitely took a W getting that STH-10! Looks great too.
Why is the wind up to speed slow & low pitch alert?
Look at the pinned comment..
