    I have it and love it! Mostly home decor use, but want to learn to make garments. Look forward to a great future together 😊.

    This is a fantastic straight stitch machine. I use it for most everything that requires a straight stitch - from quilt piecing to garments and bags. Sews through leather/vinyl like a dream. Absolutely love it.

    Hi Steve, thanks to your video, I have just bought this machine. Unfortunately couldn't buy it from you, as am in Australia. Thanks for your demo. 🧡

    Yes, it is a great machine -- as long as you want to straight stitch. There is a lady on CZcams who demos quiltmaking. She has a Juki, and it is really impressive. I am amazed at the speed in which she can get things done!

    What feet comes with this machine? I am thinking about it for just piecing my quilts. If it comes with a quarter inch piecing ft, can you pretty please do a demo? Thank you for your videos

    Hi I am torn between the 2010 and this one. I would like to make handbags just wondering which would do bags and fabric sewing as well. Thank you from the UK

    I assume if can go through all those layers of cotton that it would go through some light upholstery leather, to make leather totes?

    I have this machine (and LOVE it!). I haven’t had a consensus yet about the tension dial. Do you alter the tension dial with the pressor foot up or down? (Engaged or disengaged tension discs). Also, pressor foot height with the it up or down? Thanks. (In Australia, so can’t phone, sorry)

    My wife just bought one and she was worried about a clacking noise when she uses it. Your video had the same noise. Is this normal for these machines?

    • @thesewingshop6334
      @thesewingshop6334  Před 4 lety

      The loud noise is when he presses back on the foot and it cuts the thread.

    Hi: I don't quilt. I understand that Juki only does straight stitching. Would you recommend this Juki model for stretch fabric fashion sewing ? Can I do double needle straight stitching sewing? Is this model Made in Japan? Do you ship out state? Thank you

      Juki makes many different machines that have lots of stitches. I have a Juki Exceed F600 and I love it. I'm thinking about getting the 2200 for free motion quitting. I'm having trouble deciding between the mini and the real long arm version. Juki makes great machines.

  • @janetmcadamsbailey1874

    What is this difference in this machine and the 2010Q? Do you sell online as well as the shop?

    • @thesewingshop6334
      @thesewingshop6334  Před 6 lety +1

      Janet McAdams Bailey we do not sale online but we can ship. The QVP machine is a dealer only version that come with more feet and a better warranty. We have them on sale right now because of an event where we over ordered.

      Thanks!! What kind of thread would you use? Same in the bobbin and top thread?

    • @thesewingshop6334
      @thesewingshop6334  Před 6 lety

      Liz I would stay around a 50 wt thread. And yes match the same wt in the bobbin to ensure a good tension.
