d should be raised from private also compulsorily by govt to start pension scheme and invested in national development and high end profitable programmes instead of foreign direct investment to run the scheme so that lucration of govt jobs gets unattractive as transfers will get nullified and job stability giving full authority to pvtcompanies to control production hinderences😅
With due respect I strongly putting up my dissatisfection of the formulated charts where in lot of lacuna remained unresolved. Where is Subedar Rank ? It is unfortunate that Subedar/CPO and WO of Army/Navy/Airforce respectively is not appearing in this Chart. Same way in OROP II chart in Table No. 7 This Ranks Basic pension had been reduced to 31000/- from already drawing 32614/- of " Y " group. Lastly The Airforce WO Rank a good number discharged after serving 35 years and above. How then the years of service upto 30 years had been decided. Where as in other ranks 15, 17, 19 and 21 years are considered as shown in the table of OROP II. No body gives attention to 35 years and above service for WO of IAF. Where is 5-7 years of extra period have gone ? I strongly denounce this. Hence my request to bring into notice to the compilers of Pay Commission and OROP team.. Regards. 😪😪
