I'm curious how the S21 ultra would compare to these big dogs. I have a mate 20 x and, recently purchased an S21 ultra and I can agree with you that the macro shots are a lot better on Huawei phones. I tried to take a picture of a flower bud with my S21 ultra 6 or 7 times and it would not focus. Took one photo with the mate 20x and it was perfect. I live in the US and I'm kind of missing Huawei products. Really like your reviews!
There's no way the iPhone 13 pro tied the P50 Pro and P6P in the Zoom category. Seems you did that to give the I13PM some extra points that it didn't deserve.
Well I'm a huawei fan since their p20 series. Wenn first the ban came it hard to get use to but after some time I got use to it and to get around the ban and what not, and now with 50pro it's beautiful. It comes in Germany with a really good price, 800 euro and I would say with the money and what we get its super. I also a tablet and a watch fit elegant from huawei and I was yet to be disappointed by their products

I have an IPhone 13 pro max. In all honesty, when it comes to video, iPhone is the King of these 3. But the photo category? I think The Huawei p50 pro is better in photo category without a bias view even though I have that iPhone 13 pro max. iPhone 13 pro max produces more glare in photos in all honesty. Huawei on the other hand isn’t. Even the night mode option. Huawei is better.
We had issues with extreme sharpening and lack of color in some of the photos by the P50 Pro, that is why we said that the Pixel was more consistent. Thanks for your comment!
Uh no. Huawei has terrible color science, the only edge it has over the other 2 phones is the zoom. In photo category google pixel is the best. But iphone has a better overall camera in a smartphone.
You draw Zoom category, when you need 30X or 50X moom shots you can't use iPhone or Pixel devices but Huawei easily get amazing Moon shots. Here Huawei deserves some more points then these 2.

I think the Pixel 6 Pro looks the best for photos while the iPhone 13 Pro is best for videos. Do note the Huaweiu P50 Pro 960 fps is software interpolated, the actual framerate is 240 fps I believe. Edit: The actual framerate is 480 fps / 960i. The AI deinterlaces the footage to achieve 960 fps

I feel like video comparisons when it comes to P series of Huawei is not that fair. True it is a flagship and should be compared vs the other flagships, but it is commonly known that P series prioritized stillshots over video capture. If anything I would like to see the comparison of the Mate series in video category, since in video category Mate phones consistently beat the P series devices.
I watched the whole video and i think he's super biased with Iphone. When iphone is not the first place of the category, he always reasons out every good details that iphone has and will be tied with the other phone at the end. He doesn't do it for other phones. Instead, when other phones are top of the category, he lists out the negative things on that phone. That even though its good at the category, there's this and there's that and it only has slight advantage over the iphone, and iphone could have been the top. But then again, it depends on people's preference. I'm just saying that I can clearly see the bias on the comparison. It's as if iphone is the default top 1 on all the categories and the two other phone should try hard to impress for it to be above the iPhone for that category.
I've actually never owned an iPhone in my life. 😀 You most likely focused too much on every single time I did something like this. Sure, some people do say that I am biased in one way or the other, but it's the first time someone writes a comment this detailed that I specifically praise the iPhone while listing negatives about other phones. This just doesn't happen.
9:30 you can just force switch on supermacro mode and it won't be a problem. Closeup uses ultrawide angle camera. WHile you moving it can't understand, what you want to shoot, closeup or something aside.
Pixel is the most standard among all, Iphone wins the video, Huawei spikes in some photo takings and goes down sometimes. However, considering the overall build and specs, I'd go for Huawei even thou it does not have android, Gspace works as well thanks to the app, google and playstore is not an issue now.
My Mate 40 Pro has a better camera than both American phones, not quite sure what reviewers do on here to ramp up the iPhone's scores??? The quality difference isn't even close. Hand all three to a photographer and see what the results are then.
The monochrome module at p50 pro should show a better result in shooting poorly lit objects. Since the area of each photosensitive element (pixel) is larger, and the lens aperture is 1.6. I think that the monochrome photo made by p50 pro will surpass the bright lens of the main camera iPhone 13 Pro Max in terms of detail. Unfortunately, no one has conducted such comparisment.

When you take potrait from mirrorless or dslr, the photos looks more like Pixel potraits. The bokeh is strong because they want to make the subject pop up more. That 's the whole idea.
huawei p50 pro takes the win. this is just the youtuber's opinion. and this does not reflect the facts. this channel is more biased on apple and samsung. there are other youtubers who aren't biased and makes very honest comments. blind tests are the most accurate way to say which camera phone is better.
How would you hold all three phones in the same place at the same time? They are on a tripod, which means if you angled them to take the photos at the same time with a timer - the photos would be even more different. Our best bet is to take the photos one by one, like everyone does.
@@versus_com in the same way bullet time shots are made. Just connect your phones over wifi and use a simple App to trigger them at the same time. You could write your own use more complex existing ones like CamSwarm. You might be right about the angle could be an issue on close distance, but if you line them up next to each other at the same angle (just straight) on a tripod, for anything more far away then 1 meter you will just get a small difference in the field of view that can be just cropped out if its even noticable,. You could of course also just stack them behind each other and just offset them enough to get the cameras in place right next to each other and just trigger them by pressing the volume buttons with 3 fingers at the same time... one other option would be to line them next to each other on a rail,, place 2 small objects on a scotchtape and stick them between the phones at tle level of the volume button that triggers the cam. then just press on the button of the last one in the row thats still free and it triggers the other 2 at the same time. Thats possible options i could come up with in 5 minutes.. And im not doing this for business like you. im sure you can come up with better options then that if you think about it for some time. Or do you really just want to do what everyone else does?.
FOR ALL THE ARGUMENTS HERE. HUAWEI "P SERIES" for photography the main highlight of the phone, their target market is different. I can buy apple in terms of software and luxury but in photography i will choose huawei. Different purpose!

Either your P50 Pro weas defective or you doctored the images/video. I have not seen such poor performance from the P50 Pro in any other review. You have a strong Apple bias. The iPhone was clearly slower than the P50 in AF reaction times and the iPhone had over-saturation, too red colours, in pretty much every test you ran, yet you declare it the category winner. Definitely no sub for this level of review.
