- MAKE IN A DAY CROCHET! In this video, I share how to easily add a liner and zipper to your crochet pouch without the need of a sewing machine. You can either hand sew, or use the no sew option. Heck, you can even mix and match the two options if you like!

I have made bags in the past using the granny square pattern , but you have given me some ideas for making small pouches 👝 for things like make up and small things . Yes with a machine , you can just zing zing! There’s another way to join that’s ideal with a machine where you attach the fabric to the top edge of the wrong side of the zipper with wrong side of fabric . I want to do another video with that method as well soon… just for options . 💕

I love this zipper pouch. In your description, you indicated cotton yarn from hobby lobby. Do you have to use cotton yarn for this project? If so, how is it beneficial?
You don’t have to use cotton yarn for this project - use whatever you like. 😀I like cotton yarn because of the stitch definition and because this one is unusually soft for a cotton yarn.
Cotton can be good for projects like this because it has less elasticity than other types of yarn, but again whatever you enjoy working with will be great. 👍🏻💕
