Steps:
- Tap the crown to open the app menu.
- Open settings.
- In settings tap on ‘Watch face & time’.
- Select ‘time format’.
- Make sure that ‘follow phone’ is selected.
- The only way to change the time on your watch is to change the time on your phone.
- Each phone will be slightly different but i will show you how to do it on a samsung.
- On your phone open the settings app.
- Find and select ‘general management’.
- Tap ‘date and time’.
- Turn the toggle off to the right of ‘automatic date and time’.
- Then tap ‘set time’ and change the time to what you would like it to be on your watch.
- Your watch will now change to the time that you set on your phone.

Thank you! I was trying to fix the time on the watch, Never occrurred to me to use the app on my phone. All I had to do was swipe down and viola...the time was corrected. Not the same as what you did, but you were super helpful in letting me know to use the app on my phone!

Sorry doesn't work on Amazfit Bip 3 the option to follow phone is missing.

The "follow phone" setting was already in place, but when the time changed today, my phone changed, but my watch did not. I followed the directions in this video, but my watch time did not change. I finally decided to open the Zepp app, and was finally able to sync it with the watch to the right time.

go into the app you downloaded on phone with watch, click on the watch and it should reset time to the time on your phone
