    Noodles are a type of food made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut, stretched or extruded, into long strips or strings. Noodles can be refrigerated for short-term storage or dried and stored for future use. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added
    our homemade or handmade noodle is best use for making LOMI or MIKI and most of the time use for PHO (vietnamese soup noodles)
    Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups ap flour
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoon oil
    1/4 teaspoon iodized salt
    1/2 cup water
    ... use Cornstarch for dusting

    No idea why this vid was in my recommended videos but since I took the time watching, might as well leave a short comment for added info.
    For firmer noodles replace the water with one egg. Very crucial step was missed here. When cooking, make sure water is boiling before you place the noodles in for at the most 3 minutes. This is very important especially if the noodles will be used for a broth base dish or stir frying as the extra heat will cook the noodles thoroughly through. Great vid nonetheless. Very easy to follow for anyone who wants to learn.

    I tried this today... The water is too much for the flour. So I ended up using 1/4 cup of the water instead of 1/2 cup. Maybe it's because of my flour I think? Because every flour absorbs liquid differently.
