The cages for rabbits in the USA are bigger for the rabbits, The rabbits should be allowed to stand up, and the nursing does need more space.
In America, we put feeders on the outside of the cages, so you don't waste time opening the cage, and the rabbits have more floor space. There is plenty of videos on CZcams that show the feeders.

The rabbit cage is big enough for the rabbit to stretch it body
Some prefer to use feeding bowl so rodent won't have acess to the feed ( like "rat and lizard", most rabbit cage are rodent proof ) , it will also protect the food from rain and dew
There are different ways to construct rabbit House
The construction moslty depends on the type of rabbit farm and the cash available for the housing construction

What type of medicine do you want to introduce to them ?
Moreover , the best medicine for rabbit are herbs like :
Bitter leaves
Neem leave
Moringa
Basil
Pawpaw leave
You can start introducing some of these herbs to them at 5 - 6 weeks old
Note:
Don't give your pregnant rabbit herbs , it will terminate the pregnancy
