You don't have to have a Oklahoma lic. you don't have to have a Texas lic. ""BUT" you do have to have a Lake Texoma lic. Separate from either state lic. Just depends on which state game warden stops you and checks your lic. If you live in OKLA. you can get by with an Okla lic. unless a Texas Game warden stops you. ? Best to buy the Texoma Lic. to be safe.....

Texas fishing regs says if you fish a lake that that shares a border with another state, either license will do, on the water. I live on Caddo and a Tx or La license is acceptable anywhere on the water. Same for Toledo Bend and the Sabine.

Fyi...You can get a texoma license that covers both states for $12 valid from date of purchase until the following December 31st.

The daily limit for stripers is 10, of which no more than 2 exceed 22 inches.
