One must judge situations...events....animals and people, if they act and react a certain way....and how. The workplace and streets are the same. No one has time to do a "background check" on people and certain things that are unknown. And they do not have time to be a psychologist and evaluate a persons life... while he is bulling you and physically threatening, as well as mentally. One must think and do on the run sometimes! It is the Mental Scars that are the worst and can take a toll on your psyche and your life as well. If you let things go....they just pile on and the misery is still there.
