    Hey man I appreciate your video I got a exmark 30 inch and I love the way it cuts grass is amazing Pizza machine I just recently had a problem with the blades not engaging when I pull the lever and so I looked up videos on CZcams about it and you figured it out what I need to do instead of taking it to the shop last time I took it to the shop it took me 2 months to get it back on the job still didn't get done so now I figure I'll do it myself hopefully I get time on a rainy day because I run a full-time business thanks a lot my man

    You got me thinking about changing my mind on buying one of these. Dealer doesn’t have one in stock any way. I just wanted bigger mower than my 21 inch. I’m a homeowner not in the business.

      It may be okay for home owners, but to be a commercial mower, it’s problematic with frequent use.

      Preciate that mayne, I’m heavy learning time management, best executions on new properties, safety, all kinds of shyt and finding camera angles and proper lighting is just not number one on my list, I’ve learned a ton this season so I’ll ease back into filming in a second. Very good video. I watched alot of you're videos on you're likes and dislikes, issues with this mower. Helped me decide on witch mower I wanted to buy. Other then talked to people and all the online research I did.
    Really wanted to like the toro or exmark 30 but just couldn't do it. Everyone I talked to with the exmark 30 with the kawasaki engine said they dident like it. Would bogg down under extreme loads vs the kohler 200 would not. They should of put the 224 on it like the scag. Anyways. Any one I ran into with the newer exmark always had pully,belt and other issues and everyone complained that there was no casters on it. Being it was only 36 lbs less then the scag sfc30. Witch has a better deck, pullys spindles.
    Exmark 30 weight 180lbs
    Scag 30 220 lbs
    The scag has its issues to. Only 36lbs heavier but with the casters kinda makes up for it. ( what I end getting) people blow clutches on the scag but slam that clutch in and out all day. Newer version has a different one.
    Me and my dad back in the day had the cub cc800 33" walk behind. First 3 years wad great with then. After nothing but constant issues. Then it seemed like the cut quality went out the window. Even with the usually maintenance and up keep. But that mower is the heaviest. At 323 lbs. 100 more then the sagg and way more then the exmark. But that big back tire kinda helped alot.

  • @wildbillslawncare5901

    Oh yea making a video while working is a lot of work. Oh mine surges so I will have to try the fuel cap cause I always tighten it till it clicks. Yes I took my guards off also cause I didn't realize how much grass was built up in there till I took it off cause I had to replace the belt. Ouch! yea that first pulley looked pretty bad. Yea I can see that little lip. That is a nice mower. Great tips and tricks brother 👊💯

      @choppinbladeslawncare  Před rokem

      Man I don’t have a part number or anything but they come with this small pancake style or small barrel shaped white non see through filter, I would assume it’s just the see through barrel shaped filter for Koehler and Kawasaki engines.

    • @choppinbladeslawncare
      @choppinbladeslawncare  Před 4 měsíci

      There’s a tension pulley on it, either your spring is broken or missing or the plastic pulley has broken. That’s what happened with mine the pulley broke.

    Idle isn’t where you would be mowing at. And the smaller fuel filter is the correct filter…. What you are putting on is made for a fuel pump (not gravity fed fuel)

    • @choppinbladeslawncare
      @choppinbladeslawncare  Před rokem +1

      I haven’t seen anything that makes one superior over the other, so whichever one you choose should work fine, I think the scag is more expensive than the others though.

    • @str8upn0l1fe6
      @str8upn0l1fe6 Před rokem

      @Choppin Blades Lawn Care for me in florida the exmark is about 2700 after tax and the scag with casters is around 3290 after tax so not a huge difference but looking at the weight difference I might go with the exmark. One thing is does the exmark really change from the toro or is it just the height adjustment
