Hi Stacy! I don't think I've seen a pepperoni quiche before. This sounds right up our alley! I always have pepperoni on hand for pizzas and other recipes. I have never tried turkey pepperoni before. I'm not a big turkey fan, but I do like turkey bacon. I should probably give it a try. Great video! I hope you and Tim have a wonderful weekend!

Since all of this started in March or so, it's been very hard to find, for some odd reason. Tim is not fond of it (and he staged a serious revolt on the turkey bacon and refuses to eat it), but I don't mind either, in the least. Those were such creative and yummy looking pepperoni recipes. Coming from someone who doesn't love pepperoni, my mouth was watering on more than one of your delicious looking dishes. I especially loved the pepperoni pie and pepperoni pizza egg roles. I recently picked up some gluten free pie crusts from Trader Joe's and wasn't sure what I really needed them for....but now I know. @Patricia G - Hey Patricia! Thanks so much for stopping by and watching this one! I have decided that 2020 is the year of the egg roll for me, LOL! Making homemade egg rolls had been on my "culinary bucket list" for years, and this was the time I finally tried to make them. I'm a bit obsessed now, and have made 3-4 different kinds, all with great luck. Want to know a secret? I've only been to a Cheesecake Factory once, about 15 years ago on vacation, and we only stopped there for dessert! So I had no idea they were on their menu, but that is fun! Do they have pizza ones or other flavors or variations? I am really having a lot of fun experimenting with egg roll wrappers (and there will be a video on that at some point!). Another good Pepperoni Recipe is a Pepperoni and Cheese Monkey Bread. I use a loaf of the Rhodes Bread Dough. I take walnut size balls of the thawed dough and roll them in melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in it. I then roll them in a mixture of shredded parmesan cheese and chopped pepperoni and then I layer them in my greased bundt pan. I continue until the whole loaf is used. I then allow it to rise for about 30 minutes before baking at 375 for about 25 to 35 minutes. When done I turn it out onto a pretty plate and serve it with warmed pizza sauce. I made 2 of them to take to a Super Bowl Party about 15 years ago and now everyone requests them when we have a get together to watch a Redskins Game. Yes we are Redskin Fans. We have a good reason though. We went to high school with Joe Jacoby who was one of the Hogs and my sister is now married to Joe's Brother Charlie. Knowing someone personally who played on the team was enough of a reason to become life long fans. Joe has been retired for many years. He and his wife Irene have 2 beautiful daughters Lauren and Jenna and a sweet little grandson. We only get to see him once or twice a year when he gets to come to town but we still follow the team even after all these years. When football season starts try making the Pepperoni Monkey Bread. It's a great treat. I plan to try the pepperoni eggrolls and the dip. Both sound yummy.

Oh my gosh what an awesome idea for a series! This video was perfect for me because I always have pepperoni on hand for a POTS snack and I put the dogs allergy pill in turkey pepperoni everyday. Lol. Well that's a fun new thing, What Can I Make With! All those are great ideas, cheese and more cheese so they've got to be good! Everything looks yummy. I get so many great base ideas from y'all. I don't like processed meats so I would use baked/shredded chicken in almost all of those delcious bases. I'd also cut those great mozzerella string cheeses in half, else we're going to be stuffed turkeys by spring.

I cant wait to try the "egg rolls", I have some and havenbeen afraid of them😉......but it's pizza and pizza is one of my favorite foods. The dip looks yummy too. I had never ever attempted to work with egg rolls wrappers until this year, but now I've made several variations (might be a forthcoming video!) and worked with them several times. They are so easy and I wish I had tried sooner! The pizza dip is always a huge favorite here, and any party or get-together we take it too. It's definitely best hot out of the oven though, so good! Well, egg roll wrappers were to old and fell apart so I made in tortilla and sprayed egg roll wrappers with oil and sprinkled with pizza seasoning and see if I can make chips with them!
@Shelly Gordon - well, boo! I think once the package is opened, you really have to seal them well, and I actually keep a damp paper towel in the ziploc with them (opened package). Making lemonade from lemons, love it! For the Egg Roll in a Bowl that we make in the IP, my favorite part is to always take the egg roll wrappers, cut them into strips and bake until crispy. I like to make chicken pizza. Instead of pizza crust I use chicken breasts thinly sliced or chicken thighs which has way more flavor.
Some fun ideas. Pepperoni chips are delicious too. Put them on s cookie sheet and place under the broiler. Havent tried that with an air fryer but I am sure it will work. Just watch it no matter which way you use.

@@LetsCookYall I didnt think about that. I dont have an air fryer. I have a Ninja Foodie that has an Air Crisper on it. I think it is much different than an air fryer.
I am getting better every day. Going through some extra stuff due to my procedure 3 weeks ago but it will get better.

@Sheila - Hi Sheila! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! We appreciate the support 💜💙 Let's see... on the air fryer, I mostly use what I already have on hand. The only real accessory or device that I purchased just for my air fryer is a Misto, or any kind of aerosol based oil sprayer or pump, so that you can use your own oil (olive, canola, avocado, whatever) and lightly mist or spray the food. Since you don't fry in oil, but you still want some crispness and browning, it does need a spritz of oil. If you watch some of our earliest videos, I was taking a dab of oil in a ramekin and brushing it on the food, but the Misto works better for me. I spray the basket well, then spray the first side of the food. I always toss or turn my food at the half way point or thereabouts, and spray again. That helps it brown and crisp up. The only other thing I'd really recommend is that if you do a lot of meat (chicken breasts, pork chops, steaks), you should get an instant read thermometer (I already had one in my kitchen). I'm not a genius like Tim is, determining when proteins are cooked, just by the look of them, so I use a thermometer to register the internal temp and make sure it's reached the safe level for that kind of meat. Other than that, nothing is coming to mind right now. Unlike the IP, I haven't really gone out and bought anything special. I went through my kitchen and found that I had some pans and things that fit in my basket (anything that is oven safe will be ok for an AF), and I just use what I have :) Hope that helps! Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping by and watching! To answer your question, no, the first recipe does not contain pizza sauce! It's just bread dough, pepperoni, cheeses and seasoning. @@LetsCookYall Generally if they have it you have to ask. I haven't tried Kroger, but Walmart usually has it and so does my small town market. I like it because I think it has a better texture than the other and being as big as a salami slice it works great in sandwiches and covers better in recipes. 😊

If it's the pizza egg rolls, I have only ever made them using my air fryer, so I don't have a time for the oven for those. If it's the easy Pepperoni Crescents, then just bake them in the oven for the time and temp on the roll of crescent roll dough that you are using (package directions). Hope that helps! We always use Turkey pepperoni cause it does not have as much grease!! Plus we have to watch our salt and fat... man it's terrible getting old!!!

Believe it or not, I have had a really hard time finding turkey pepperoni since March. I don't think our Kroger has had it at all, and I think I found it once at our Walmart. I wonder what's up with that? Tim can definitely tell the difference though, and always remarks on me using the turkey one instead of the "real" one, LOL! I could not agree more on the aging stuff. @@LetsCookYall it's funny my husband Tony actually likes the Turkey pepperoni better...even before our health issues... I have also learned.. becoming a label reader... that the Kroger brand of turkey pepperoni has less fat and sodium than the brand name...I have done so much research since Tony had a "mild" ,heart attack last August.. my head is about to explode!!!.. we can't do the no salt added.. cause that was disgusting.. we threw out so much food!!.. we do what we can.. read labels and try to go with the best options!!!

I'm trying to do the same for us, but I have a spouse who really just wants meat, real meat, all the time, LOL! I tried turkey bacon years ago and he staged a revolt and said, please buy ME real bacon, I will not eat this stuff. He's not fond of the turkey pepperoni either, but I can usually squeak by with that. You learn to choose your battles in life, ya know?! I actually do buy a fair amount of low salt or no salt added products, and then I do add some salt, but I always tell myself that I am adding less than they would have, and I add it at the end, so you can taste it and get the effect of saltiness. Anyhoo, if I could find the Kroger turkey pepperoni, I would buy it, but there hasn't been much at my store since March. I've had to resort to what I can find in a Covid year, LOL! Stacy! Good morning- well, misophonia is when the brain is wired to the fact that certain sounds drive one crazy- to some it could be smacking or tapping and so some it’s when for example anchor men talk with a lot of saliva in their mouth- and when you have those voice overs it’s what I hear- and only when you do voice overs. I swear it’s a brain thing and ppl with it can’t help it - but again your videos are great and I know I’ll be making some of this for my pizza loving kiddo 💕
@MzShaft - Good Morning! I have heard of that, and probably have a bit of it myself, but didn't realize it was named misophonia. That's my "something new" I learned today, so thank you! You can google trypophobia for one of mine, LOL! I'm sorry that the voice overs are a distraction and a problem for you, but they are necessary with the environment that I film in while cooking. Sometimes, I'm able to talk with the camera filming, but more often, there's too much background noise and I have to go in a quiet place and do a voiceover. Believe me, I'd prefer not to do voiceovers because it adds a significant amount of time to the editing process 😂. Glad you are enjoying the videos, and we'd love to hear which recipes you try and if they work for you!
