I am so happy that we finally can see how Kai got his true potential in season 1 because all he said back then was "he was destined to protect the green ninja". Kai's story is definitely my second favorite.
Ngl I really liked the part where it follows up from his s1 true potential scene. He initially learnt that he had to learn to protect others, to be selfless not selfish in order to gain his true potential. And in quest of the lost powers he learnt the other side of the coin, while being selfless enough to risk it all to protect others he has to be willing to let others protect him the same way. It's a good followup
This was a great review, and Iâm glad with the possibilities that Kai will play a major role. I would love to see what they do with Zane, as I feel this can be a great time for him to reflect on his past as the Ice Emperor and see his character grow.

I wonder if the United series is start off like how it did in season 4 like how a team divided explained how they quit in season 4 and since there is a book explaining about how they got their powers back⊠but if Skylor Joins the team and we find out about her mom I want to know about jays mom first since he was around longer⊠and I feel like jays part in the quest for the lost powers book is kinda like amber Spiral⊠and imagine if they made a book talking about wu and garmadons mom and Vanias Mother⊠I always wonder why ninjago always has missing moms⊠I want a storyline about a lost child⊠but I feel like Skylorâs mom is a villain because as you can see amber was a element created and used my villains
Amber was not created by villians but i could be wrong. But im pretty sure that its cannon that skylors mom left chen once she saw his true intensions. So clearly she was not evil since she made a stand against it.

I am also not the biggest Kai fan but if there was ever a lesson I could apreciate, it's one about humility and the importance of asking for help from those you trust. Kai's maturity in this story was like a breath of fresh air to his recent growth drought. I really enjoyed this chapter and its original Kai content!
I'm really glad that the ninja still do spinjitzu without their powers cuz almost every time they lose their powers they forget abt spinjitzu for some reason (I'm going by this vid btw). I also like that Kailor is a thing
What I like the most is he uses Spinjitzu even though he doesnât have powers. It seems in the later seasons spinjitzu and elemental powers arenât really used as much as before, especially in situations were they could help(especially air-spinjitzu).

IMHO this is basically a worse version of Kai's powerless arc in Season 11 (which itself wasn't a particularly good arc). In fact, Kai has become a lot meaner and a lot more hot-headed since the Sons of Garmadon redesign. Kai was really brave and mature in Tournament of Elements (which was a high point for all the ninja except Jay IMHO), and it's honestly way too late in the series to have Kai become this cocky and despondent again. He's already learned the importance of teamwork and friendship, as well as accepting powers that don't make you who you are, in Seasons 4, 5, and 11. I would have liked for Kai to still be happy, but instead, he'll be very reckless and try to bite more than he could chew, with Skylor coming to bail him out in the end, and Kai understanding that accepting help is the right thing to do, and you should never get ahead of yourself. I'd portray Kai as confident, perhaps over-confident, and rushing straight into action, with Skylor being a more reasonable figure. I love how Skylor immediately forgave Kai for being mean to her - she seems like a very understanding person, and I like how their relationship is finally canon. I'd have liked Kai to be a lot nicer though - perhaps instead of feeling lost without his powers like Jay, Kai would instead try too much to prove himself, and he'll understand the importance of being more reasonable and grounded when jumping into action, and the importance of taking help.
Kai may be a butt sometimes, but he will be a ninja powers of not. Finally! Kai and skylor has some chemistry between them in season 4 especially at the end. He will always be the fandoms flame boy!

honesty I really hope Haurmi comes back she has so much character development it would be such a shame to let her go, ninjago 2023 can be a fresh start for the producers to fix the errors that were done in Crystalized if they were to show Harumi redeeming herself over the course of the episodes as a side plot since the episodes are gonna be 22mins long then I think it would satisfy everyone and maybe she can help along the mission but like be in ninjago doing that like if she sees somethings suspicion she can be that person who calls them and gives them information or something like that loved her and still do she is my all time favorite character!!
