I love the information your provided but there is literally already a podcast called the black estate

Ownership is important and stealing is crime. You need to do your homework before you end up in legal battle. Find another name for your show please. I'm asking nicely. The Black Estate has already been established since 2020 and is still live here, live and well, you got this name from my podcast, magazine or site. And for some reason you think its ok to just steal someomes business name and intellectual property just because they're not in your state yet. Be original and come up with your own name sir please. Or you will be sent a notice because the public and state where its registered already knows who The Black Estate belongs to. Don't get yourself in trouble because you didn't do your research or you did and helped yourself to it anyway. The Black Estate is my brand and publication that I've worked very hard on for years and trust I will not let it go without a serious fight. Please don't be that guy that gets dragged for stealing a Black women's intellectual property. Let's work together not against one another.
