Despite how much they seem to nerf this character however I feel he’ll always be at the top with his amazing movement and damage. My brother managed to revive me in the tiny circle, I had snagged a team heal off a corpse and was trying to heal him, but he died to their Endeavor and Shouto. They spent ages emoting on him in storm, thinking he was the final person, and leaving me alone in a 1v1 with their Tech Dabi. Got 2 things to talk abt, the nerfs kinda remind me of how all might slowly gets weaker and weaker over the seasons because of one for all fading but despite that he's still a top tier character not matter how much they weaken him just like he was a beast even when being weaker with OFA, also a cool concept would be to buff todoroki extremely, since its gonna be the sixth season what if they completely revamp his special action, what i mean is what if they made his special action switch between his sides, that woukd be so cool and give him so much versatility, his fire could be more offensive with less mobility but more range and down potential while his ice could be more defensive and mobile with the ice wall and ice slide
I think the technical quirk set will have something like that but one of the main moves will switch between them

Nah besides doing the crystal events that come around and buying the battle pass and discount crystals, all you can really do is play a lot and occasionally get 1 or 10 tickets at the end of a match 😭
