Just passed course 4 . This post is to help people who will be taking course 4 exam and appreciation post for Callum Moore. Passit was not that helpful in course 4 . Callum Moore's mini course 4 was more helpful specially mini notes pdf in exam master mini course 4. and Callum Moore fundamentals mentioned in mini course 4 before exam like taking deep breath before each question , help to concentrate . As your mind will wonder after sometime. Definitely recommend that for study , once you have gone through the course material in Humber. Definitely tuff exam I found as compare to all other courses exam . There will be need to do thorough read of each questions and each answer before answering. There were only 3-4 questions that were straight forward. Do read method to calculate parking ratio balance sheet as it contain shareholder equity surveyor for unit as a source document . read regarding BOMA there were 3 maths questions, one was on R/U factor , one debt ratio and average weight . read regarding CAM ,ESA . Do not memorize but understand these as question will not be straightforward but your brain can pick up for similar words once you have read.

Hi Callum, I just received my test results for Exam 4 and had only 23 wrong (looked at the grading) but they have put a very low score and failed me. As per your videos that i recently purchased, 28 questions wrong is still 76%. I am not sure what has happened. Can you please advice?
Hey Veenisha, sorry to hear C4 is holding you up. 😕 You are 100% not alone. It is considered one of the hardest courses ESPECIALLY depending which version of the exam you get. Ok so you are referring to your Exam Report given by Humber. So if you read that page you will see that they say you got AT LEAST 1 question wrong in that section. For instance Module 1, Lesson 2. You may have more than one question wrong in that particular module and lesson. When I say you can get 28 questions wrong and still pass on a 115 question exam I say that so you give yourself a good idea of how you are doing. A goal that helps is to try to keep the amount of bookmarked questions you have under that number. Again it doesn't matter too much of course bookmark as many as you need but it does help students to think that way. Reach out on anything at all related to C4. I know it can be a tough one. 1 fail is ok though, it means nothing really. But let's try to avoid 2 if possible!

@@CallumMoorekw Got the A version I believe, i doubted my math skills so hard but got no math questions like IRV lol... failed my exam with 69% too, course expires may 22 and i gotta write this exam asap :(

How does this exam rank in toughness compares to the other 3 course?
So I found it to be ok. But there was a recent poll in the FB group and C4 did win as the hardest. So majority did find it the hardest.
Very hard. You have to study so hard, do the pass it and it still will leave you wondering. Questions are so tricky.
