Lego Technic MOC | Motorized Bus

- This custom built Lego Technic bus measures about 75x25x26 studs, or 60x20x21 cm. It includes two PF L-motors for drive, one Servo motor for steering, one M-motor for opening the front door and another one for opening the back doors. The detailed model includes a fake V6-engine with moving pistons and fan, 21 passenger seats, driver's seat and a detailed dashboard.
I have spent almost a year building this model, mostly because the doors were very challenging to build and a lot of different mechanisms were tried, but finally I came up with this final construction which I think works great.

This is fantastic! But how about suspension? :)
+ThinkCleverAndSmart In the beginning of the design process I considered including suspension in the model. Because this model is very long, it was very important to get the base structure as rigid as possible and therefore I decided to exclude the suspension for this model. Another reason was that I wanted to have passenger seats inside the bus, and the suspension should've taken up to much space to make that possible, especially in the front. I don't really mind the exclusion of suspension because I think there were more important things to get right in this model, a realistic door mechanism for example. So this is why I did not include any suspension system, thank you for commenting! :)
***** Thank you for a very great answer. I am actually building a long bus with three axles wight now, and that's why I asked. I really want to add suspension. And in the front, I want to have a pneumatic cylinder so that I can raise and lower it when there is passengers coming. I hope I can manage to make it possible. :)

It's not based on any particular model. I got inspiration from many different buses.

Actually not based on any real model. Inspiration came from several sources.

No it's not perfect, but it was the best solution I could come up with. Placing it in the back would be ideal, but that resulted in too much bending of the chassis since the rear end protrudes quite long beyond the rear axle.
