Basically, he's talking about when you are in prison, and your face is pretty, the big guy there will ask you, "Kor Sed-yor Sood-tor Sood-por See-mor Song Hor Sai Kai" If they say that, it means "they're watching (to do something with) you (doesn't have to be sexual)" or something like "you're targeted" That is pig latin in Thai. Gosh, I can't understand anything even with eng sub. The only thing i got from comments it that it's something related to a rape joke on someone.
