My god man, I keep getting wowed by the quality of these videos. Not just in the technical way of how well made they are, but in the content itself.
The hyped narration, the choice of highlights. The clear insider knowledge you have. The *large* amount of information condensed into a short amount of time. The huge glimpse into the community you provide. The use of stats (shoutout to Xael, a true OG in the community). The editing, the comedic bits, the artistic (?) bits. The accessibility for newcomers and yet the depth for veterans. Jesus, where does it end?! This is genuinely the best Tetris content in the community right now, undisputed. You're a pioneer and a GOAT, friend. Keep up the fantastic work.

Back when you started your first long documentaries about CTWC, I praised the upcoming trend of "amateur" documentary creators such as yourself and other youtubers.
At this point in time, however, it feels lame to label you as an amateur. Hell, I've seen documentaries on streaming platforms with less/worse quality in every aspect of the filmmaking process than your videos! Everything I praised back then, about your content and your script (no more quotation marks, never again), still stands today... and it's even better, now with a fully developed personal tone and your endless charisma as the cherry on top ( uwu ).
I love what you're doing, David, you're incredibly good at it and I hope you keep working on these videos for a long time. Cheers, man, you're the best!!!

Fractal went from making the CTM by 40 points to becoming the first player to reach the bugged colors. Its Just been amazing seeing some players progression with the game.

These recap videos do actually help me stay interested in competitive NES Tetris. Just hearing the background on some players and analyzing how clutch some of these games can be goes a long way.

What about going into CTWC 2021 with a massive reform of the 2010-2020 CTWCs, with the competition having its own room (instead of the Portland Retro Gaming Expo), perhaps having the competition being held on 3 days with double elimination? (for which I'd advise the organizers to use a shifted bracket to avoid everyone from getting slightly bored towards the end)

Hey I have a quick question. I know what “TAP” and “DAS” means, but what’s the difference to “HYB” and what does that mean?
HYB means hybrid. Meaning some combination of using DAS and Hypertapping throughout a game.
