The whole time Whitney is describing the staircase incident Johnny is staring at her - looks like in total disbelief that she could be saying these things. He must feel so betrayed by these witnesses who he was so generous towards. I hope the jury see the truth.

I was abused for 20 years. I recognized the teasing and taunting of an abuser, as soon as I heard scAmber telling Johnny, the exact same thing my abuser said to me many times! "Go ahead tell that your abused, let's see who believes you!" That teasing, mocking tone, gave me chills! I was bigger than the man who abused me, he did the same to me often!!

They say how awful he is under the influence yet that did not stop them from enabling him and enjoying in on the chaos. Plus the mount of evidence circling the internet about Amber's temper and violence. And all that audio. In my opinion even if depp ever did hit her it was reactionary. To just get away or to get her off him.

The most telling thing was that throughout her sister testimony, she kept looking over at Amber and her lawyers. Almost like she was checking she was saying the right things. Over and over she would finish a sentence and look over, sometimes even mid sentence.

I believe he would totally take care of her if she told the truth about AH and broke free, this is a great chance for a victim to escape an abuser, with so many eyes, so many witnesses, not many of us get this chance, and still she's lying for her sister.
I was abused from age five to almost fourteen when someone witnessed the violence towards me and I used that to find the courage to go with them and find a way out instead of going back to them. I guess she's so used to relying on AH that it's not so easy to do that even in this instance, and she's probably done a lot of things to help AH set all the staged 'evidence' up.
It's her SISTER...what do you expect?...she didn't do herself any favours on the stand though...not one!...she's as credible as Amber!...Bunch of freeloaders!...FINE whilst they're running the show...pissed off when their MEAL TICKET said...NO MORE!
I’ve heard lots of different times when Amber had said she couldn’t help hitting Johnny and all the different times she hit him. I don’t understand how she would even attempt to pin domestic abuse on him when she was doing that very thing.
Seeing how Johnny's heart breaks as Whitney testifies is so heart crushing. You can almost see the disappointment as he looks at her, looks back down, then looks up, takes off his glasses and very intently looks at her. I'm sorry but not only is evidence speaking louder than AH and her crew but so is body language!

Ambers “bruises” are fake. She admitted to using a bruise kit on the stand. Now a bruise kit has been found on a coffee table in a picture that Amber’s side provided of Johnny passed out on the couch.
The way johnny was looking at whitney told me it all. He genuinely looked so sad and disappointed with her and her lies.
No fysical abuser would move multiple «witnesses» into his house(s), house them for free and giving them universal-key so that they can enter their privacy at any moment…

They made a mistake involving Debbie Lloyd. She never testified that any of this happened and she most definitely would have remembered it if she had witnessed a physical fight and been hit by a red bull.
My main concern about Amber's witnesses, is that ALL of them (so far) are no longer friends and haven't spoken to her since giving VIDEO depositions. I can not understand why someone who has been abused so viciously, you would confront your abuser, as soon as they came at you you'd run! She has not stated so far, as I've heard, not once did she run from him!
That's their claim "former friends" so the biases is not in question that's why her lawyer keep throwing the "Are you working for Mr. Depp" to JD's witness. Some of AH witness are victim of hoax and some are accomplice and the accomplice one they are danger to society. It's sad to watch tbh!

I also believe that Amber has deep anger issues going back to her childhood as she was abused by her father, that's probably why she can't stay with someone very long. She takes her anger out on whomever she's with because she never sought help for that. Plus being a narcissistic psychopath doesn't make it better, she's incapable of remorse and having empathy towards others.
The switching of hands when describing the punches doesn't mean Johnny was the one punching it means that she can't keep her lies straight

I was in an abusive relationship with a man VERY much like amber heard. He would follow me to try and argue, break into my house to fight, hurt me physically. One time I started screaming and begged neighbors to call the police. When he saw the flashing lights through the window he got a cock smirk, ket go of me, walked over to our brick fireplace, and smashed his own face into it multiple times until he bled. Guy who went to jail? He was almost unstoppable after that because he knew that the situation could be manipulated. I finally moved 150 miles away to escape. AH seems very much like that man.

One time, I was using my computer around 3-4 am, when I heard a couple arguing outside, can't remember what they were arguing about, the woman was yelling and yelling so I looked through the window and saw her in the ground while her boyfriend is walking away. I thought he had hit her, I was about to call the police when suddenly she gets up and runs towards him yelling, grabs his shirt while screaming, and then starts hitting her own face and throws herself to the ground. The guy gets closer to check if she is ok I suppose, and starts walking away right after. I was looking to this situation from a second floor so I saw her blink several times seeing to see if he returned, and when she sees he is not coming back, she gets up, and runs towards him yelling again. That was really scary.

I just read the statement from Whitney’s ex employer, the one that she moved in with after she had to move out of the ECB. The entire stairs incident was actually AMBER abusing JD and her sister. THIS is why Whitney moved out, to get away from her sister. They twisted the story to make JD the perpetrator, when it was AH all along. All the other witnesses either don’t know the truth, or they are lying on her behalf. I was nervous hearing all this testimony, but now I’m just furious! Whitney is lying on behalf of her abusive sister, who has been cruel to her for her entire life. The ex employer said that after Whitney moved out, it was JD who called and texted to check in on Whitney and to make sure she was okay. Amber never checked on her sister. Whitney also told the ex employer, “I don’t know why he even puts up with her abuse, or why he’s with her.” I hope to god the jury gets to read this actual statement.

That's the thing I could not understand. Why didn't she simply negotiate a partial retraction stating she wasn't referring to Johnny Depp in that op ed or something to that effect? Her saying she has a daughter and knowing she has not paid those charities and openly said in her own recordings she had abused him why would she risk all that coming out and potentially being on the hook for $50 million? She isn't quite right mentally. I hope everything works out the best for both of them and especially that her child isn't adversely effected down the road.

my own mother lied in front of me on the stand when i filed for a restraining order as a minor. she was asked if she strangled me & she looked me in the eye.. smirked.. & said "i never have." i IMMEDIATELY burst into tears & almost had to be removed from the court room. johnny's expressions / reactions say it all for me. disbelief.. shock, pain, betrayal, confusion, & denial. "how could someone who loved me - do this to me?"

After watching all the testimonies from both side and still have to ask who is lying... u dont deserve a court tv show
Amber is the instigator. She’s got so much turmoil brewing inside of her and has to drag Johnny into it. She nags and picks at him about every little thing. She’s combative and escalates situations she creates. Any saint will react to the daily occurring volatile situations with a significant other when their emotions are deeply involved. As someone said, she’s an “established liar” and isn’t the type who will put up with any kind of abuse from anyone. Even in the court, she can’t just reply with simple yes or no. She always gives long drawn out explanations or has to have the last word.
I truly feel for Johnny for having gone through so much abuse from her. His life is destroyed in so many ways. I know what it feels like to be in his situation. I hope he wins and finally move on with his life with a huge smile and peace in his heart.

I honestly think she's been gaslit into believing Amber's version of events and the drug use probably means she questions her own memory.
People truly being abused are afraid on a daily basis for this lives. And most abused people have been so emotionally beating down that they don’t even feel like there’s a true way out of their situation. I can’t imagine an abused person who begs their abuser to hug them, to please not leave them, to stay and fight with them instead of leaving to allow space for both! Those claims make no sense unless AH is the actual abuser and creates these situations for her intense need for control.
Amber made a strong point in her testimony that she did stand up for her sister and prevented Johnny from hitting her (the sister). Now the sister testifies that he hit her from behind. Which one is it??

So true.. Seems she surrounded him with her grifting family & "friends" then started feeding them lies about him. She'd then quietly poke & provoke him while they were present so they could "witness" him losing his temper or him shouting at her. She'd then turn up with an horrific story of JD beating her, tho the photos only ever show a red mark that she could quite easily have done herself or got while JD was fighting of her attack on him. She claimed he headbutted her & punched her till she lost consciousness, but managed to cover the "injuries" with a bit of concealer & lipstick. Anyone that's been headbutted & repeatedly puched in the face would tell you no amount of concealer would hide the injuries they were left with. JD doesn't like confrontation, he's not argumentative and AH is, she wanted to be his everything even being put before his own children, the kind of guy who'd chase after her if she stormed out or beg her to come back. I should imagine he didn't do that and that would've driven her mad. Plus, there was rumours of her having affairs , that's why he didn't trust her, and rightly so . JD had just left the building and she was bringing Franco up to JDs penthouse & bed ... She's a really awful person and a master manipulator

The fact that she recorded him and took photos of him on embarrassing situations just doesn’t make sense if he’s beating you repeatedly in the face you wouldn’t take any photos. The fact that she wouldn’t turn over the metadata just makes me inclined to not believe her. Why does the sister seem like she answers all of Amber's lawyer extremely fast. Years ago to this day she knows by date what the lawyer is talking about? She gets asked by Johnny's lawyers questions and she has to think about it? Kind of a weird coincidence? I think not. She rehearsed it, for all we know Amber is probably paying her off, and I can imagine, her telling Whitney, she will be a key piece to her winning, and if she wins she gets 100million. And she will probably "pledge" her a portion to her if she speaks in her favor to say what she tells her.... My opinion.

The only thing that is clear is the people Johnny Depp supported all did drugs with him. He needs serious professional help, and needs to dump everyone that he considers a "friend"and get rid of those doctors and nurses he supports too. Those people all should be ashamed of themselves. Her bruises keep changing density and positions in all the different pictures making it really hard for me to believe they are honest bruises. I was just crushed by lockers that fell over on me and was bruised from head to ankles and they didn't look like those bruises. Especially ones that would have been made with heavy rings on.
That for me is the crazy part, the way both Amber and now her sister describe how he punched and punched her, does not align with the pics they have shown. In none of the pics they have presented have I seen two black eyes and a broken nose, not one.
