- Tonight on AXS TV, Charlie Starr shows me around his home town in Atlanta. I visit his house, take a look at his collection, we go record shopping and he shows me how to play 'You Hear Georgia'. Tonight 8.30/7.30 central on AXS TV and then it repeats on Sunday at 4.30pm.

I remember stumbling onto Blackberry Smoke at a little bar in South Carolina sometime in the early 2000's. They were opening for Cross-Canadian Ragweed. I had never heard of them, but it was clear that they were going places because they completely stole that show. I've been a fan ever since and it's been great seeing them have success.
OK... Music is the nutrient that keeps me ALIVE ! But... Who is Charlie Starr.... ?? I, & Countless others DONT KNOW. Hey, Someone had to say it.

@markkuhautala7784 Oooh... Yeah, yet another band playing & Attempting 70's rock. & a according to Chris Robinson.. He tossed them that name.
@@soundpainter2590 Watch the episode if you can as he is a very talented musician... sure, he is from the south so is certainly inspired by those 70s bands but Blackberry Smoke stand on their own.
@@soundpainter2590 Nothing wrong with that. The 70s had the greatest music. Charlie and his mates have written some incredible songs. Check out their albums.
