- Hello! This time I will build Dragon Model 1/35 Tiger 1 mid-term production model. The kit is Zimmerit coated version. The kit has sharp details, but the assembly is not so smooth, and we are struggling a lot. Please watch it.

Sorry I didn't see this video earlier. I have built 3 Dragon Tiger 1 mids with zimm. The gap you had problems with, I had same problem with first kit . If you press it in different places, it just clips into place like magic. It fits perfectly .

お疲れ様でした。ドラゴンのキットは、ディティールが素晴らしいので、パーツが合わなかったりすると、削ったり何だでモールドが
消えちゃうのが辛いですね。パンターFも車体の上下がそんな感じです。片方、1/32かと思いました（笑）。

パーツ合わせる気が無いんですよね 笑 でもやっぱり出来てしまえば 満足感高いですよ。 ちょっと気になったのは、砲塔と車体でツィンメリットの大きさが違うんですけど、実際もそうだったんですかね。
@@scalemodelresearch ドラゴンは、車体は中期型、砲塔は後期型の金型で整形してるっぽいので、
違うのでしょう。実車でここまで違う写真は見た覚えがないですね。気にせず行きましょう（笑）。
Hi, quite a nice built, just some comments from me (I build two Dragon Tigers):
- Dragon kit is very good (I have no comparison with RFM from my stash yet), but not absolutely without mistake - don't want to post link here, but at tiger1(DOT)info, you can find some hints to correct some slight flaws;
- plastic clasps for tools are not too bad; if you do not want to use aftermarket PE parts, you could drill out their handles to make them a bit thinner, just practice first and don't overdo it;
- nice try with own welding (Nightshift inspiration?) I re-welded all the main joints at my Tiger late, although I still can say that Dragon welds are one of the better ones among other companies;
- the tarp at turret seems fine, you should use it also at the hull instead of paper one; I am also not a huge fan of too much tarps, especially covering engines, air intakes/exhales or other quite frequented / not logic places at models;
- tow cable - the idea is fine and well known, but quite badly done here, sorry. It is possible to see that some strings got loose in the beginning and you "overtorqued" too much. Next time pay attention to strings integrity and don't torque the scredriver so fast and so much. Also don't forget to heat whole cable lenght over the flame for a short while so it gets more flexible - the tension on this one is just too much. Or buy some aftermarket ones, EurekaXXL is cheap and excellent;
- Tamiya figures - generally I think that times of Tamiya figures are gone, but at least that kneeing guy from your detail seems quite nice;
- last thing - not your mistake, but Dragon styrene tracks are piece of crap; some colleagues have bad experience with them degrading during storing the kit in stash, during the build and also after some time on finished model. I miss the "old" Dragon style kits (same kit numbers as now though), including Dragon magic tracks, spare brass shells or other components and quite decent PE frets with clasps and other useful details.
Sorry if I was too long with some (I hope) constructive criticism, I hope it helps more than numerous "excellent work" comments from non-modellers...we all still have much to learn.
Anyway, looking forward to painting, did you already pick up some camouflage variant...?
I see. I'll refer you to the tow cable and tarp. This is the first Dragon kit I've built, but the details are great. I'm glad you elaborated. I'm still thinking about camouflage, but I think I'll use the color swatches in the manual as a reference.

そうです。1.25sqか2sqがいいサイズですよ。
