Headaches are the worst and admiring how you still worked your flight. Advil, caffeine or heating a bowl of water and breathing in the steam, can put a small towel over your head. Helps me, maybe try it too. Oh and Peppermint oil dabbed where you can smell it. You are a hard-working girl and alot of fun!

Hey Vera! Prescription Latisse(brand) was first glaucoma medication for reducing eye pressure which is why it may give a sunken eye effect. It was found to have a side effect of giving long lashes which is what we also use it for now.
GrandeLash or any over the counter lash enhancer is entirely different and is not prescription grade. I don’t know much about it affecting blue eyes but you won’t have to worry about getting a sunken eye side effect.

Some helpful tips.
Whenever you are outside walking around especially in warm sunny areas like L.A. always wear sunglasses 😎 to protect your eyes .
Also no matter how hot or cold it is outside always wear sun screen and lip balm to protect your facial skin from the sun's rays. The long term side effects can be devastating. Please be safe.
Still love your ways of reminding everyone to always stay hydrated.

The universe science says was not always there, it had a beginning point, the big bang, meaning it was begun/initiated in other words created, thus there should be a creator,
there must be a God.
One God for all of us
he created us all and can revive us again,
God initiated everything,
& he repeat/redo things too, & thats clear, we see many cycles of different things in life, also in summer for example the desert land becomes like empty and is filled with only sand, and when rain falls in abundance in spring or winter, after that small flowers & wild plants grow again, also, we see how humans and animals grow and how their body is formed from the elements which were in the sand which plants feed on which they eat, and after they die they go to the sand and their atoms/elements are taken by plants which humans & animals eat and their bodies grow from those atoms & elements found in the sand which came from previous humans & animals which died before, so God can bring us again after we die even if our atoms became in the sand he can make us from the same atoms we were made of or from other atoms if he want or make us be in a spirit form or like ghosts, any ways, everything in this life is recycled, learn if you want about the different cycles in life in nature, the food cycle or food chain, the water cycle, even the gas cycle that makes the air the oxygen &carbon dioxide &nitrogen cycles, even the energy is like recycled but only changes from form to another form.
Anyways, God created this life but it's only a temporary sample/an example of a coming everlasting one
which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell.
If we try to be good humans in life, and try to obey God and his messengers-including the final messenger for all humanity the prophet Mohammed- and those whom rightly represent them, for example imam Ali & ahlulbayt the family/good descendants of the prophet mohammed, then we will all go to heaven/paradise, if not then we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever.

I just got back to Clearwater from LA 2 weeks ago. In and Out Burger is my must eat place there since we don't have them here.
I'm in awe of your step count/mileage. We spent the night in El segundo before we flew to NYC. Our first full day here I had 20k steps, that was 8.5 miles. I hope to beat that today.
I love seeing your grocery hauls and the interesting layovers you have. I follow a few other flight attendant vloggers and noticed their (domestic) layovers tend to be a lot shorter compared to yours. I don't know if it's because of the airline (most of them fly for American or Delta), or maybe you purposefully choose to vlog the longer layovers you have (which would make a lot of sense). Yes!! I think Brittany Broski is sooo funny too! And would def recommend Minka Kelly´s book on Audible because she reads it herself and her voice adds so much to the story. I try to READ fiction and LISTEN to non-fiction because reading is so much easier when youre locked into a great story but I still need to know Minka Kelly´s life story somehow ahaha so thats my tip!! Hi Vera…love seeing you in LA and happy! I tried a lash serum by Rodan & Fields and it worked very well (as you age lashes become dry and brittle) for my issues. I went thru two cylinders and stopped, as I’d read concerns about using these chemicals near your eyes. I’m glad to hear you are using castor oil, which I just ordered for myself! Let me know how it works for you ❤️
Your eyes are such a pretty blue. Have you thought about using false eyelashes like everyone else does. I have used castor oil not on eyelashes, but on hairline and it does thicken the hair, but not sure about length. perhaps try fake eyelashes but not the ones that look like you have butterfly lashes. But something that gives you length and looks natural. Your nail color in the last frame is pretty color on you. thanks for sharing this with us
Thank you! I think the main reason I wanted to grow my lashes is for them to just be long naturally without having to put something on them. I'll just keep using my castor oil and keep them healthy, my lashes aren't too short anyway so I'll live!

I have been using Latisse for over 6 years, I have blue eyes, no change in eye color. It makes my lashes and brows grow like crazy. Never had discoloration, I use a super thin brush follow lash line and brows and no problem. I read people with green eyes it can discolor but that is only when it actually gets in your eyes, which would be ridiculous to do unless it is being used for glaucoma as it was originally created for.

in reference to grande lash- I used to work for a cosmetics brand (loreal) and we had a partnership with grand lash actually & sold their brand in our salon professional stores. So, in reference to all the claims of it aging you/turning your eyelids darker etc. all that stuff is just relevant to you and how it affects you personally. Just like medicines, vitamins all affect people different. So, yes it can do that to you - but if you were having good results and you weren't seeing those issues, you should be fine. You would have been able to notice pretty immediately if it would have irritated your eyes, or darkened your eye lids. As for the claims of it aging you, well - honestly, I don't really think people can SCIENTIFICALLY say it ages you unless they did scientific studies with different groups of people over time. So again, if it works for you - I say use it. If it doesn't - then don’t. Also the ingredients in grand lash are the exact same in grand brow, just in a different tube - so you can use on both!
Thing is if it does take fat out of my eyelids it’s too late, that’s why trail and error is too risky I’m this situation. Once I find out it affects me I can’t reverse it so I’m just not going to do it. The before and after of the girl’s pictures I saw were pretty significant in a short amount of time so I’ll just stay on the safe side I think.

You could get fake lashes instead. I'm not a fan personally, but maybe try it.
