How to turn on & off Hp keyboard lights

Just a quick video on how to turn on and off your hp keyboard light. There are a couple of reviews that are showing different solutions, This is the one that worked for my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop.
Hold Down the FN button while pressing the F5 Button this should enable the backlight. And should have 3 settings in total 1st)Full brightness 2nd)Lower Brightness and 3rd) Off.
If You have found another way please do mention it in the comment section as this might not work for some users.

*UPDATE ON KEYBOARD LIGHTS DURATION ISSUE*
As many viewers have pointed out that their keyboard lights automatically turn off when not in use, after doing a lot of research here is what I found.
It seems there is no internal or external setting to increase the time limit for the keyboard lights. I timed to check how long my lights stayed on without me touching any buttons and it lasted for under 30secs.
However when I continually press the keys then the lights stay on.
I have literally checked all keyboard settings on the keyboard externally and checked internal settings through the settings menu but I can't seem to find anything which can increase or decrease the duration of keyboard lights
My conclusion is that the keyboard lights only activate when the keys are pressed and the lights timeout after 30 seconds when keys are not pressed.
In the meantime, its something we have to deal with if anyone figures this out then please do let us know in the comment section.
On the plus side, the lights take up more battery life so HP maybe engineered the keyboard for that specific reason keyboard lights only stay on while they are being pressed.

Ooh Uneven lights not heard anything like this before. Looks like there might be a fault within the key's....Question? Where the keys like this when you first purchased the device?
If not then please do contact the company if you're still under warranty period and they can repair it for you hope that helps but this does sound like a faulty keyboard however i could be wrong..

Unfortunately several omen laptop users including me, are experiencing problem with the WASD backlit. After several months of use, some users complain that the WASD backlit turn off by itself or sometimes flickering when you use the laptop. There is a forum but nobody know the solution, even the guy from hp itself. If anyone know anything, please do , thanks. Much appreciated

Hey im a little bit late but to make it last longer than 30 seconds you have to go to BIOS setup utility and you can keep it on forever!

Thanks for the feedback i will check this and update you. My initial thoughts are when the computer is set to sleep or screen saver mode the Key lights turn off automatically along with laptop. Please try and check the control panel section to see if it contains anything with keyboard settings.
