I love all the textures however too many patterns together and the artwork also a few decorative pieces is not my preference.....I love the closet : you don't see too many that have a designated place for shoes yet alone boots.... and I love the added space......a few things I would change immediately , but the architecture and the flow very desirable

This is infact the most amazing and breathtaking home of that price I’ve ever watched. That price to me is cheap. I love it.

The bedroom around 16:10 is amazing. It is so hard to do an original bedroom! No matter how unique and powerful the overall impressions of houses are, the bedrooms are usually relatively cookie cutter regular. This one stands out for its comforting textures and just-right volume and the stability of its geometry.

Some of the wacky tacky decor aside, I love this house. $15 mil? Nah. I understand though. The quality of materials in it are expensive and it’s on a body of water in Sandy Springs. That side of town always has been expensive and it’s only getting worse.
My opinion, not worth 15M. 6 to 7M at most. Good luck sellling though. It’s a nice property.
