When wet teak wood is ,,,This is what happens - woodturning

I tried to make a large flower vase using a large teak tree trunk and it was still wet...
This teak wood looks too big for my lathe...
wet teak wood is delicious to be snatched more crisp and tender
To facilitate in the sanding process I use fire and burn it for a moment to reduce water content
