  • Yes! Hot weather really does change sleep.
    - More waking in the night
    - Less REM sleep
    - Less slow wave sleep
    All these changes can translate into not being at our best the next day. Give yourselves, and others, some kind understanding during this heat wave, as folks are likely more sleep deprived than usual. ❤️
